Alices POV
'Helloo my lover' I laughed walking into the room, seeing him on the couch
'Ohhh, seduction' he smirked 'I like it'
'No you horny god. Not when I'm pregnant' I plonked down beside him
'But we already-?'

'Just saying, I heard it's good for the pregnancy' he shrugged
'God you sound like my dad. That's disgusting, stop' I groaned

Today was the day of the masquerade ball, loki has been in a good mood all night because of it. He planned our outfits himself, black and gold. No one else was allowed to wear black or gold, kings orders.
'Where were you anyways? It's 3 in the morning' he said looking at me
'I was with Thor and then when I was walking back I banged into Adonis and Beale so I went to their room for a while and thennn when I was walking back again Arwen seen me and we went a walk in the garden and just talked. A midnight scroll if you will'. I giggled putting my head on his shoulder
'I've had to stay awake for hours waiting on you to come back, to make sure your safe, while you were out just having fun?' He laughed a little
'Mhm' I closed my eyes
'Come on' he whispered lifting me up and taking me to bed
*that morning, 9 hours later, 7 hours until the incident*
'Riise and shiine' Thor sang
'Go away' I turned away from him
'It's noon, get up' he pulled the blankets from us Only for Loki to conjure up one immediately after
'We have plenty of time' Loki said pulling me closer to him, his chin on top of my head whereas my face was right at his chest
