~i n s p i r a t i o n~

if someone could look at all the creativity I have

and try and find the source,

all the trails would lead back to you.

You've been my number one muse,

my greatest supporter and best friend,

and I promise you its all true,

you're my inspiration till the very end.

I couldn't finish the task at hand

and I needed a push to get me going.

All I had to do was thank God for you,

and remember that you'd be proud of it when I was done.

For the longest time ever, 

I didn't have a driving force,

I had nothing to keep me going.

It was so easy to keep sinking down

and viewing the side that keeps whispering daily to me,

" you've got no one to encourage you, you'll never make it far", 

so I was sad.

Then you came along, 

as a fast ball of happiness and perseverance,

changing my view on things 

as you brightened my life.

If you could see how much of a difference you made in me,

the lifeless, repetitive little girl, 

became a hopeful, spontaneous dreamer,

her prayer answered, 

for you are her inspiration.

thank you for giving me love and a purpose,

for keeping me going even when I thought the road ended, 

and for teaching me that its okay to let it out.
