"𝙸 𝚕𝚒𝚔𝚎 𝚖𝚎 𝚋𝚎𝚝𝚝𝚎𝚛 𝚠𝚑𝚎𝚗 𝙸'𝚖 𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑 𝚢𝚘𝚞"

I've been noticing changes in my behavior,

not the kind that anyone else would see,

because trust me its insignificant to anyone else

except to you and me.

I've been trying to treat me the way that you treat me,

and baby its been working, its been making a difference,

I've learned to trust myself a bit more,

and to remember to care for myself and not always others.

My attitude's changed too, 

I don't get mad as easily, and I can handle it better,

you've calmed me down and showered me with love,

so much so that I could care less about anything as long as you're with me.

I've learned that fighting is okay, 

when its for the right reasons and when its the right time,

I learned to not give up on myself and treat me like trash,

that if I hurt myself, I'm hurting you too.

I can appreciate my work more easily, 

and not tear myself to bits like I used to.

I've learned that making mistakes is okay, 

but learning from them is the way to move on.

I am a pretty chill person since you came around,

one that I'd like to be friends with,

and vibe with pretty often,

and I came to the realization that you've made me this way.

I swear the day you walked into my life,

I knew something would change.

I knew it would be the ride of a lifetime, 

but I still didn't care, 

because that's the one rollercoaster I'll never get off,

you and me baby, 

through heaven and hell,

you ready to go?

I've made so many mistakes,

but the one thing I know is true,

despite who I was before and what I did,

I like me better when I'm with you.
