is this what it feels like?

Saying goodnight and not being able to hang up,

Cheering them in any event or occasion it is needed but not requested,

Playing with them in any way, the butterflies you feel...

Touching their skin and feeling the butterflies swarm more than before,

Is this what falling in love feels like?

Taking a walk in the fall and crunching on the leaves together,

Staying up late and laying on the ground watching the stars come out,

Finishing your homework together and bugging them to finish theirs quicker,

Eating with them and cleaning up your mess' together,

Is this what falling in love feels like?

Drinking a hot cup of tea while waiting for them to arrive in fall,

going outside and feeling the wind rush over you two,

spending any spare moment to talk to them near the end of the semester,

Staying in and baking or cooking together on a cold and rainy day,

Is this what falling love feels like?

Being able to cuddle and snuggle with them when the weather turns colder,

To hold their hands and warm them up forever,

Texting them any random funny thing you find just because you can,

and telling them they are loved and cherished by you.

That is what love feels like to me.
