EVERY TIME WATER FALLS, DOES IT FALL IN LOVE: 8/4/21

I wonder if every time water falls
It falls in love
Every drip
Every drop
Does it ever stop

The same cycle that's always planned
Just yearning to be loved again
Every crashing river
Every rise and every fall
Makes me wonder if it rises at all

Because water falls deeper
With every passing stream
Just like our love
At every single beat

Love never stops
Nor will the cycle of rain
Some water isn't as fresh as others
For it has been poisoned by man

Even if It rises poisoned
It will fall with a clear slate
Yet again looking for love
In a new and better mate

Water falls in love
This I swear by
Let every drop be a person signified

We both rise and fall all the same
We fall so deep in hopes to rise again
We fall in love with everything we touch
So why can't water do as much
