TV: "todays news we have recieve confirmation and detail about the proclaimed attack at the USJ facility that had occured three days ago ending with the largest arrest in the past five years...84 villains that go from common thugs, murders, and kidnappers...have been detained and been shipped off to the imprisonment faculty located down in Tokyo for their ongoing charges...the leader of the so called LOV they had left at the sight...meaning the League of Villains...not a very bright name choice...but that doesn't mean that they are a threat...one is the leader..who seems to be this individual with the multiple hands on his body...police have begun digging in finding the identity of this person...and that goes for his partner...who seems to be made of flames...the heroes have said that this one in particular has a teleportation quirk...and can open portals almost anywhere...a drawback has not been stated yet...but one person remains...and that is the infamous Bogeyman that the heroes now named him" showing a picture of Izuku in his villain outfit
TV: "this individual has been the same one that has been on a 6 month killing spree since the first sighting...we have advised that this villain is still lurking around and has been sighted in multiple areas...no name has come up or what his quirk may be...but it may be related to having some immunity to certain things in the environment...such as electricity...fire...or other hazardous substance...we advise you to please stay in your homes after curfew...if you see anything suspicious please call this number that will be displayed now...this is Mustafa news..." and the Tv turns off now 

Shigaraki: "any word on the incident yet?" 
Ochako: "No statement so far" as she sets the Remote down 
Kurogiri: "well it may take some time since the attack was just recent...they're trying to conjure up some believable statement so they won't make the public panic" 
Ochako: "makes sense" 
Shigaraki: "and yet the incident with you being crushed was ignored." 
Ochako: "jerks...anyway how's Izuku doing?" 
Kurogiri: "he is at the hospital..i made sure Dr Ojiko is monitoring him...of course with Senseis approval to use some medication that is much better than the modern day stuff" 
Shigaraki: "so how long until he can come back" 
Kurogiri: "since he just started the treatment...i give it about a week until his bones heal" 
Shigaraki: "still long" 
Ochako: "well..thats good..despite...you beating him with a crowbar" 
Shigaraki: "just shut up" and he walks off now...leaving her to it 
Ochako: "hmm...oh well" standing up now 
Kurogiri: "ah right...come to the training room...since you have your basic training for hand to hand combat...you can now add a weapon to the mix" 
Ochako: "weapon?" 
Kurogiri: "of course...if you don't want to that's fine...but it's a big consideration for your stature" 
Ochako: "um...sure" 
Kurogiri: "splendid...let us head in now..." opening the door and she walks in first....turning on the lights there was a small metal table with a layout of various melee weapons...each being different...
Ochako: "woah" looking at the different types 
Kurogiri: "right here are weapons that i chose for you to pick..of course there are more..but a lot of them are physically demanding...which is why i choose these ones here...you may pick anyone you like" and she walks up to it...picking up each one and just speculates them...from a knife...to a tanto... for the elegant sharp weapons...even an icepick was part of it...she then looks at the other ones...being labeled...blunt weapons...no shit....and she picks up a claw hammer or mallet...if she wants to toy with her enemies....or knock them out...she also sees a...mace...and nightstick...
Ochako looks a little to the left..and sees it...she picks it up..and it just..felt right to have in her arsenal...she turns to him 
Ochako: "this one" and he of course observes it...and he nods 
Kurogiri: 'very good choice you made miss Uraraka...please follow me and i will teach you the basics"...now she was excited..learning something new now...what type of weapon she picked...well that happens to be 
Kurogiri: "so in order to learn the basics of the Chakram you need to know about how much you can hurt yourself with them...from the pros to the cons...with your quirk..you would know that throwing them...with little to no effort..will be easy...but it's based off of the amount of strength that will make sure it will cut into the enemy...lets try it now...have you ever thrown a frisbee before Miss Uraraka?" 
Ochako: "um..yeah..i used to play in middle school..a lot of students would pick me because my quirk allows it to stay in the air longer" 
Kurogiri: "i see..well in this you must be careful then when throwing it...which is why i will be providing you some gloves to avoid harming yourself...so..let us begin"
