gAmE oVeR

I'm wild awake
Tears streaked down my face
And a longing that won't leave

Shut my eyes,
But I can't sleep
Why won't you let me be?

Walking down memory lane
Careful not to leave footprints
Then I push you out the door

It's not like me to be mean
But I think I'm insane
To let my feelings dance in my eyes

I can't wait
To be free again
So I can sleep at night

Then I'd see you in my dreams
And yell game over
I lost anyways.
