Weeks have passed and Adam still hasn't woken up yet! I don't have a clue what happened the night before. Why did he pass out? I am scared! What happens if he never wakes up and sees our little baby born? Will never play with her? Never teaches her how to ride a bike, tie her shoes or walk her to school? Never have her own daddy to hug, give kisses to or love. I don't want him to leave us! I don't want him to leave me!
"Rosalyn, please come out of this room and have some lunch with Jimmy and I. You have been stuck in this room every second, every hour. I know you can't leave Adam but still...you need to eat." I looked at Madi and back to Adam.
"I have been eating and besides, I'm not that hungry, maybe later."
"Alright, but I am going to buy you some lunch whether you like it or not. Bye sis!" Madi and Jimmy walked out of the room.
I started breaking down into tears. I bent my head down against Adam's chest and cried. "Please Adam, if you are listening to me, please...just please wake up love. I miss you! Our little baby Gracie misses you." I caressed Adam's hand and placed it on my stomach. "Can't you feel her kicking! She misses her daddy! I miss you! Wake Up sweetie!" I continued to cry.
I fell asleep while I was crying. I checked my makeup and wiped away the mascara that stained my eyes. I fixed myself back together. I grabbed my guitar that Adam got me for my birthday. I placed it on my lap and started strumming.

As I finished, a sharp pain in my stomach hit me. I knelt down on the floor. It felt like I was being punched in the gut with so much force. The kicks continued. Calm down Gracie! The kicks continued to inflict pain in my entire body. All of a sudden, I felt something wet inside...My water broke!
