Charlis POV:
Hm, he seems nice enough.
I suppose he is good enough to be my potential boyfriend.
I just need to ask some qualification questions to see if he is good enough

I haven't even rebounded on... my last boyfriend yet... so I don't know how this is gonna work.

I'm not sure if I'm even over... him yet so I don't know if I'm allowed to have another boyfriend

Dan: "I couldn't help but to notice how beautiful you are"

I smiled

Charli: "thank you"

Coming off to a great start

Dan: "I know you are probably gonna say no... but would you mind if maybe I got your number?"

Charli: "yeah for sure"
Dan: "really??"

Okay now he seems a little bit desperate-

Charli: "yeah? Is this a decision I might regret?"
Dan: "no, I promise. You won't. Let's go out some time? For coffee or something?"

We are at a coffee shop right now?

Charli: "yeah, how about dinner? Tonight"
Dan: "tonight? I'm so sorry- I can't do tonight-"

I gave him a death stare

Dan: "actually I can change my plans for a pretty girl like you"

I smiled

Charli: "great"

I took a piece of paper and wrote down my number, I left it on the counter and left

Chases POV:
I heard the door open and Dan came back home.

I walked over

Chase: "hey"
Dan: "hey, I gotta cancel our plans tonight"

What why?

Chase: "why?"
Dan: "I forgot... I had other plans"

What other plans?

Chase: "with who?"
Dan: "just a friend"

Okay? Well he should have said this before I booked dinner.

Chase: "okay? That's fine I guess?"

Chase: "is that the only reason why your here? Just to cancel our plans?"
Dan: "yeah"

Chase: "okay, well bye I guess"

I miss dating girls.
Way more organized.
