The kid version of Loki continued to sit on the throne as he drank a juice from a carton box, while the rather boastful version of Loki, older Loki, Dooku, and I sat down in chairs around the swimming pool. The older Loki gave the alligator some wine from his goblet, which he happily accepted. Meanwhile, the Loki with a hammer, which I nicknamed Boastful Loki was talking about his story. "So, after I vanquished Captain America and Iron Man, I claimed my prize, all six Infinity Stones."

I was rather baffled. Who are Captain America and Iron Man? And what are Infinity Stones? The alligator then let out a growl. I immediately understood his words. He was calling the boastful Loki a liar, which I don't blame, because this all sounded very suspicious.

"That's alligator for growling." The older Loki translated.

"And he's calling you a liar." I chimed in.

Everyone, but Dooku, turned to look at me, completely baffled. Loki was the first to ask. "You understand him?"

"Of course. I can understand him through the Force." I explained. "I can sense his emotions and read his mind. Our emotions are intertwined. His emotions become mine and vice versa."

Boastful Loki scoffed. "Well, at least my nexus event wasn't eating the wrong neighbor's cat."

The alligator Loki let out a snarl before lunging towards the Boastful Loki. They both strangled each other and it took the older Loki and Loki to break up their fight, causing the alligator to return to his pool.

"Tell them your story, Loki." Kid Loki mentioned, looking over at the older Loki.

"Me? Nobody wants to hear about that." The older Loki mentioned.

"I would, actually. It's just I've been wondering, because I'm...Well, we're supposed to die, right?" Loki asked. "Thanos kills us after Ragnarok."

"Thanos? In my timeline, everything proceeded correctly, my entire life, until Thanos attacked our ship." The older Loki informed us.

"So you didn't try to stab him?" Loki inquired.

The older Loki chuckled. "Certainly not. Take no offense, my friends, but blades are worthless in the face of Loki sorcery. They stun our magical potential."

"But they look awesome." Boastful Loki pointed out.

"Oh, yes. Especially when they clatter to the ground just before your neck is snapped." The older Loki shot back.

I grimaced, remembering the hologram of Thanos, picking up Loki before killing him and in the most cruel way. It was a haunting image that I couldn't get out of my head. I then felt a hand over mine. I glanced over at Loki to see his gaze on the older Loki. Instead of pulling my hand away, I kept my hand in his, interlacing my fingers with his. As I looked back at the older Loki, I couldn't help but smile, happy that Loki was here with me.

"I cast a projection of myself so real, even the Mad Titan believed it. Then hid as inanimate debris. After I faked my death, I simply drifted in space. Away from Thor, away from Sigyn, away from everything. Thought about the universe, and my place in it, and it occurred to me that everywhere I went, only pain followed. So I removed myself from the equation, l landed on a remote planet and stayed there in isolation, in solitude, for a long, long time." The older Loki explained.

I was so engrossed in the older Loki's story that I didn't even realize Loki was staring at me. Poor older Loki, that sounded very tragic.

"How did the TVA find you?" Loki asked.

"I got lonely. To tell you the truth, I missed my brother, and I wondered if he missed me...I also missed my wife, Sigyn, and our two sons; Narvi and Váli." The older Loki explained. "And I wondered if anybody else did. But as soon I took my first steps to getting off the planet, the TVA arrived. Because, we, my friends, have one part to play, the Gods of Outcasts. Nothing more."
