In this case it's more on upholding the fundamental values with the principle of justice, even though this person has been accused of rape case or any crime,(lets just pretend that I am a social worker) I have my principle and goal as a social worker and one of that is to uphold the integrity of my profession in "All Aspects" of social practices. Human rights is also based in fundamental values such as liberty, equality and fairness. My job is to show them that I am trustworthy, and even though a person accused or been committed a crime we had this called "Right to Protect" this not means to protect him from what wrong he might did but to protect his fundamental interests as human being to show and recognized his right as a person. That is one of the goal of upholding values and reputation of individual for what I learned, as a social worker I should always show professionalism on my job and however with this type of issues everything should always be in right process.
