~ Pov Harry ~

I dry my hair when we get out of the shower and finally throw the towel on my desk chair. Louis picks up his coat and smiles weakly at me.

"I think it's time for me to go." I nod. He puts his hand on the doorknob but turns around for a moment. "Thank you for just now." I nod again.

"No problem." He puts on his coat and opens the door. I doubtfully bite my lower lip and feel the cold iron of my piercing against my tongue.

"Louis, wait." He turns around for the second time.

"Yes?" He seems hopeful.

"Would you like to stay the night?" I did not expect those words and from his face, apparently neither did he.

"Uh... Y-Yes? I have to ask my parents first." He pulls out his cell phone and quickly types in something.

Meanwhile, I sit on my bed. "Speaking of your parents," I cough. Louis looks up from his cell phone. "How's your dad doing? I mean, has he already accepted the fact that you're..."

"That I'm gay?" I divert my gaze. "Have you accepted it yet?" I don't think I was meant to hear that, but I still look up and answer.

"Of course." Now it is his turn to deviate his gaze. He shakes his head.

"I have other concerns about my father now." I frown.

"How so?" He looks at me.

"Nothing. Never mind."

Louis sits next to me on the bed when he gets a text message back. "I'm allowed to stay over," he assures me.

"Your father also agreed on that?," I try. He gives me a look. "What? I want to know, I'm curious. Because I have such a feeling that he's the one who got you this upset." He looks away. "So I'm right?" He shrugs.

"Is that important then?"

"Yes, to me it is." He chuckles for a moment.

"And why is that?" I look at him, moonlight reflects off his skin.

"Because I care about you."

His eyes linger on mine and occasionally drop to my lips. He coughs and sits down on the bed a little further. "And what's the deal with your parents?" I raise my eyebrows for a moment.

"Why are you asking?" He rolls his eyes.

"I'm not blind. I can see at those stupid dinners that there is a certain tension between you and your parents. So tell me." I sit next to him against the wall, we don't look at each other, stare ahead.

"Their company is going bankrupt. They're losing all their money. My dad is coping pretty well. He's already looking for a new job, but my mom..."

"What's wrong with your mom?" I shrug my shoulders.

"She can't handle it. She's still trying to save the company, but we all know it's no use, we have too much debt. And when she comes back late at night she immediately goes to take a drink."

"Alcohol?" I nod.

"And not a little..." I feel Louis looking at me, but I keep staring ahead.

"Do things sometimes happen that go too far?"

I shake my head. "She says some mean things and screams." Fagot, the only word that really affected me. "And if she ever does more than that, I'm sure I can handle her."

"It's your parents Harry, when they take it further..." He sighs. "You just don't expect it. You freeze in the moment. Even if you are stronger, at that moment you lose all your strength."

I look at him and this time he's the one still staring straight ahead. I carefully put my hand on his thigh. Immediately he looks at my hand, then at me.

"Sorry," I whisper. He shakes his head.

"It's okay. It's not your fault."

"It's not okay for your dad to do things like that." He nods.

"I know." I can feel him putting his hand on top of mine. "I'm sorry too." I smile.

"Oh well, you can't help it that my parents have money problems and my mother is trying to drink it away."

"If you ever need money?" I immediately shake my head.

"No, I don't want that. And I've already found a preliminary way to make some money." Louis immediately looks up with a smile.

"Really? What then?"

I make money by using you ...

I force a smile. "It's a stupid thing, I should quit really." He frowns.

"Why?" I'm not answering. "Harry please don't do anything you regret." I grin.

"Too late." He looks at me.

"Would you to turn back time to not make that stupid choice?" I chuckle.

"Jesus Louis, what a question." He rolls his eyes.

"But if you could Harry, if." I sigh before I look at him.

"No. No I wouldn't want to turn back time." He frowns.

"Why not? If you can fix something you regret? I don't understand." I look at him with a sigh.

"I can't turn back time so there you already have problem one. And as much as I regret it and how much I would have liked to do it differently, it would not get me to this point."

"What point?" He almost whispers to my lips.

"Here, with you," I tell him before I kiss him.
