Nothing happened. Five minutes passed. Nothing happened. Ten minutes passed. Nothing happened.
He was still in the same position. Knelt down beside Riley.

I shot up from my chair.
"Lucas?" She muttered under her breath.
I didn't know what to do. Shout I cheer? Shout? Jump up and down?
"Topenga!" I helped Topenga up and hugged her with relief.
"Riley!" Lucas said with a gigantic smile on his face.
I noticed a tear run down Topenga's cheek. I wiped it away for her.
