Alaïa and Hope: Morning

[Alaric looks at them and smiles]

Alaric: you two are matching today.

Hope: [ smiles] Yep I picked it out.

Alaïa: Hope what do you want to eat today for breakfast?

Hope: A bagel with cream cheese on it strawberries and apple juice please

Alaric: Thought we had aspirin.

Alaïa: They're in the vitamins.

[ Alaia notices a nearly-empty bottle of whiskey and an empty glass next to it on the kitchen counter.]

Alaïa: You're hungover.

Alaric: Yeah, sorry about that. It was a bit of a weird night.

Alaïa: I told you you don't have to feel guilty about inviting Meredith over here.

Alaric: Oh I know. And I thank you for that. But I do feel guilty for whiskey dialing her at two in the a.m.

Alaïa: No you didn't.

Alaric: Oh, yes I did.

Alaïa: Oh, was she cool about it?

Alaric: Well, as soon as these aspirin kick in and I remember the conversation, I'll let you know.

Hope: who's Meredith?

Alaïa: [ smiles] Rick possible new friend.

Hope: [ smiles] can I meet her?

Alaïa: soon I Promise.

[ Alaia puts the bagels into the toaster and gets the cream cheese and apple juice out of the fridge also the strawberries . Alaïa the apple juice into two cups as the bagels were done she grabs a plate puts them their and spread the cream cheese on into them then she wash the strawberries with water and cuts them, she puts them on on the side of the plate]

Alaïa:[smiles] breakfast is served.

Hope:[smiles] thank you mommy.
