I redrew some characters, I think my art style has gotten better. Anyways, enjoy the chapter ^-^
When Yvette opened her bedroom door to get breakfast before getting dressed, what she saw was this:
Two people asleep on the sofa instead of an actual bed, one being her dad on one sofa, the other being some kid that her other dad is friends with and has basically adopted at this point. Along with that, this kid was basically wrapped up like a mummy and was tucked in like one as well. Her dad on the other hand was halfway off of the sofa and was about to hit the floor with his head, which, by the way, would hurt very much. Not to mention how much his back would hurt from just sleeping on the sofa. As well as that, the lamp was still on and so was the TV even though Logan has told everyone to stop doing that.
"Dad? Jan?" Yvette murmured as she slowly strode over to the living part of the room.
Buzz! Buzz!
Janus' phone buzzed a few times as nodifications popped up on the lock screen soon after it buzzed.
Raising from the dead, Janus sat up slowly, his hair looked like a fallen bird's nest and his eyes were barely crinkled open. Making a weird noise, he grabbed his phone and turned it on to cheak the nodifications.
With a scornful but kind of a pained look upon his face, he angrily turned off the phone and softly threw it back onto the table before sulking his head down back into his palms.
