Part 3 of Last Wish.

It's a literal tug of war between the Templars and the assassins.

Y/n absolutely adored Shay, Gist, and Julien on the Templar side. On the assassin side, she absolutely adored Connor, Ezio, and Aveline.

It's utterly impossible for her to choose which side to be with.

"Shay!" Y/n cheered, leaping out of Jacob's arms.

Jacob scrambled to grab Y/n again only for Y/n to leap into the Irishman's arms.

There's an uneasy peace between the two sides now. Both agreed that the child is the main reason why the peace is still going on AND to allow the child to go back and forth during the day.

"Buh-bye!" Y/n waved at Jacob.

Jacob blankly watched Shay carry Y/n away then Jacob turned around to leave.

"Sailing! Sailing!" Y/n chanted.

Ever since Shay introduced Y/n to sailing for the first time, she's been dying to go back to sea again. Haytham put a stop to it before Shay took Y/n out again, telling Shay that she's too young to go sailing.

Y/n kicked up a tantrum when she was denied access to the Morrigan. Starrick bribed her with sweets to stop her tantrum.

"No sailing!" Haytham's voice called out wherever he was in the base.

"Nein!" Y/n shouted back.

Nobody knows how to speak German and yet, Y/n learned how to say "no" in German.

Y/n pounded her fists against Charles Lee's shoulders now. He took her from Shay's comforting grasp and is now taking her to her playroom.

"I don't wanna!" Y/n whined.

The playroom consisted of a fence keeping her inside the room, blocking the door, and a lot of toys to keep her company. Usually, Julien or Cesare would be with her to keep her entertained.

Now that Y/n got a taste of the sea, she wants more. So, here she is now, crying her eyes out.

Julien bounced Y/n up and down in his arms, trying to get her to calm down. He's a sailor himself too and he understood that being out on the seas is exciting but he also understood the Grandmaster of the British colonies' perspective.

"Don't cry," said Julien. "You're going to make me cry too."

Y/n's wails became louder and Julien sighed. It's hopeless. She wants to go out to the seas so badly. Julien finally gave up.

Besides, it's time for the assassins to have her.

When Julien approached the "neutral" meeting place, a newcomer stood next to Connor.

"Hand over the kid, lad," said the newcomer, his blue eyes glaring at Julien.

Julien handed Y/n over to Connor. Y/n cling onto Connor, fist clenching down on the front of his tunic.

"WHO MADE HER CRY?!" Aveline shrieked.

"She smells like the sea," Edward bluntly commented (I completely forgot about Edward in the last two chapters XD).

"She does," Connor agreed. "Perhaps the sea will help her calm down."

~time skip because I suck at naval stuff~

"Do we come to an agreement?" Malik asked, arms crossed over his chest.

The Templars and the Assassins stood on their respectful sides of the neutral line.

This agreement won't be easy but since Y/n adored so many people on both sides, it's worth it.

Please excuse any spelling or typo mistakes. Autocorrect seems to really not like me very much.
