1.2 Jūn Rén

A/N: Hi everyone! This would probably delete or misplace the last comments from the previous update, but atm, the Author here is proofreading ARC 1 so don't look for me anywhere. I'm still busy with school so I'll leave watty for a while. uwu, see you all in the special month 

(new A/N: Its short and sweet and cute, I think I like this the way it is, the arc 1 is just a teaser, the real plot lies up ahead and I like that :D)

Jūn Rén started to open the box and saw a purple and white animal cage, the cat inside was awfully quiet,

'Is it dead? Did it die from suffocation?'- a strike of panic started to rise from the pit of his stomach as he opened the door of the cage in haste and dropped the cat to his desk. He heard the cat meow in fright as it maneuvered its body to land on the desk without any harm to itself.

Jūn Rén watched the cat, fine, soft white fur coating its slim body, its furry long tail whipping back and forth as if showing aggression, when his eyes met its own eyes, he saw his own reflection from its deep ocean blue watery eyes, at first sight, he was already captivated by this feline, his hate for animals doesn't seem to imply to this little feline.

He blinked, The cat stared at him as if glaring.

'ML-ah! How dare you! I'm just a cat in this life! Do you want me injured ah?! How dare you! I may be your pet in this life but it's up to me to preserve my life! '-turning away and pointing his tail up to ML's direction, he jumped down the desk in an unhurried manner and noticed the large window on the side of the large room, the feline went up there and curled up, silently watching what's happening on the busy life of the city in the night.

Jūn Rén was a little dazed, this feline was so odd, it didn't rub itself on him for attention, and it didn't even dare to scratch him for almost injuring it either, too odd or rather... it's so calm.

'Maybe I should let it be first and try to make it familiar with me, I'm its master anyways, sooner or later I could get its love and attention... but wait... How can someone understand cats? Who can understand animals? Tch, so bothersome- no wait, I want its attention on me, its beautiful eyes only fixated on me, I need to research and ready the things cats will love to do,' with that long thought in mind, Jūn Rén turned to face his laptop and started to research, also doing some online shopping too,
