After the meet and great, the Lynches and Ratliff made their way over to Avery's parent's house. The whole car ride, Rocky was trying to play it cool, but inside was having a mental break down. He really wanted to impress Avery's parents, fearing that they won't like him.

“Dude, calm down.” Ross said, trying to ease his brother.

Rocky took a deep breath. “Alright, I got this.” He told himself, building up his confidence.

“We're here!” Mr. Lynch announced, pulling into a driveway.

“Crap!” Rocky muttered under his breath. He couldn't help hear Riker laugh at him. “Shut up.” Rocky punched his older brother.

When they knocked on the door, it was Avery who answered. A glowing smile on her face. “Hey. Come on in.” She gave Rocky a sweet smile as he walked into the living room.

“Mom, dad. This is my boyfriend Rocky and his family.” Avery said, introducing everybody. “Mark and Stormie. Riker, Rydel, Ross, Ryland, and Ratliff.” She rattled off their names.

The two fathers shook hands, and the wives gave each other a hug. “Where are the girls?” Avery asked, looking at her mother.

But before the words were out of her mouth, a young preteen walked into the room. She had short auburn hair and pretty hazel eyes. When she looked up from her phone, her mouth dropped. “Oh my gosh! Ross Lynch is standing in MY living room!”

Avery rolled her eyes. “This is my little sister Dani.” She turned to her sister. “Where's Cj?”

A little girl, no older than four, came running into the room. Her long auburn hair flying around in ponytails. She was flailing her arms, a goofy smile on her face. She ran straight into Rocky. “Hi.”

When he saw her, Rocky noticed her eyes were slightly slanted, her nose was flat. He couldn't help but smile as he got to eye level with Cj. “What's your name?”

“Cassidy Joy!” The little girl beamed.

“Dinner's done!” Mr. Mason announced, herding the group into the kitchen.

“How long were you guys on tour?” Mrs. Mason questioned.

“Two weeks.” Riker explained. Telling them what cities they visited. Avery noticed how each one of them lit up as they talked about their music and touring.

“So, Ross, do you have a girlfriend?” Dani questioned, batting her eyelashes.

“Dani!!” All of the Masons exclaimed at once.

“No, I don't have a girlfriend.” Ross said, holding back a laugh.

“Speaking about relationships, Rocky how long have you and Sunny been dating?” Mr. Mason questioned, staring down his daughter's boyfriend.

“Four months sir.” He answered. Avery gave him a smile, slipping her hand into his under the table. Rocky rubbed the top of Avery's hand, using his thumb.

Mr. Mason smiled. “And, are you an actor as well?”

“No sir. I leave that to my brothers.” Rocky smiled.

“So, Ross, Avery tells me you two work together on that Austin and Ally show. Who do you play?” Mrs. Mason questioned, obliviously never seeing the show.

“I play Austin.” Ross smiled.

“Is that how you two met?” Dani questioned her sister's boyfriend.

Rocky laughed in memory. “Not exactly. We met at target. The cereal aisle.” The Mason family looked at him, confusion in their eyes.

As Rocky and Avery, and at at one point Ross, told the story, both families were laughing, having a great time.

By the time dinner was finished, Avery's sides were sore from all of the laughing. She and Rocky managed to sneak away from the group, up onto roof.

“That wasn't so bad.” Avery teased, nudging him playfully.

“I'm pretty sure your dad was going to kill me at one point.” Rocky admitted.

She shook her head. “Trust me, if he wanted you dead, you would be dead.” She said sarcastically. “But honestly, I think they really liked you.” Avery pecked his lips.

Rocky smiled, than frowned slightly. He hesitated on asking a question.

Avery looked into his eyes, already knowing what he was thinking. “It's not a crime to ask.” She said quietly.

“What's wrong with Cj?” Rocky's voice was soft. He wrapped his large hand into hers.

Avery sighed, staring off into the horizon. “She has Down Syndrome. That just means Cj is a little slower than most kids her age.” She explained, turning to him, tears of happiness were forming in her eyes. “But I love her more so much.”

Rocky wrapped his arm around Avery, a smile on his face. “Than I love her just as much.”

She couldn't help but smile as she kissed his lips. Rocky smiled through the kiss, pulling Avery on to his lap. She straddled him, wrapping her arms around his neck. He rested his hands on her hips.

From the window, someone cleared their throat. The couple jumped, and turned to see Dani standing there, a smirk on her face, her arms crossed over her chest. “Rocky, you're leaving.”

“Thanks Dani.” Avery said, pulling herself off of Rocky. Her sister left them alone. They walked down the stairs, both grinning.

“You ready to go Rocky?” Mrs. Lynch questioned as they all stood at the door.

“Yeah.” He gave his girlfriend a kiss goodbye, said goodbye to her parents and two sisters.

“Thank you for having us.” Mr. Lynch said as they walked out of the house.

Avery and Rocky said goodbye one more time before he left.

“I like him.” Mrs. Mason beamed as the door shut. Avery looked at her dad.

“What about you daddy?” She questioned.

Mr. Mason smiled. “Yeah, he seams like a good guy. But if he hurts you, I'll kill him.”

Avery rolled her eyes playfully. She gave her parents a hug goodnight and ran up to her room. And until the sun started to rise, she was talking to Rocky.

That night, Avery realized that she loves Rocky.
