Delilah's POV

"Everyone's staring." I muttered to Harry as we entered the school building, holding hands.

"Let them stare." He whispered back into my ear.

"I feel like people are stabbing me with their eyes." I replied under my breath.

"Don't worry about it." He said louder this time as we approached my locker.

"How are my lovely love birds this morning?" Louis joked as he stood against the locker next to mine.

"Fine." I stated matter-of-factly.

"Woah, trouble in paradise already?" He asked.

"She doesn't like the fact everyone is staring." Harry said to him.

"You better get used to it hanging around us." Louis winked.

"So modest." I joked back.

"I can't help that I have the females all over me."

"Then why don't you have a girl friend?" I questioned raising my eyebrows.

"There's so many I can't choose." He eventually answered.

"Whatever stops the tears Louis." I replied taking my math book out of my locker.

"Why are you taking maths higher?" Harry asked eyeing my book.

"Because in maths there are no opinions, it's all fact and there's always one answer."

"Huh, I guess, I never really thought about it like that."

"We better get to form, wouldn't want to be late." I joked sarcastically.

"Yeah, we wouldn't want that." He replied mimicking my tone. I started to walk away but Harry quickly grabbed my arm pulling me back. "What, no goodbye kiss?" He asked pulling me close.

"We're in the same form you dork." I laughed at him.

"I don't care." He replied before connecting our lips hungrily.

"Okay, we really need to go." I said breaking away.

"If you insist." He said pretending to be disheartened.

"I do, now come on." I said leading him.

"So how was double maths?" Harry asked as we sat at their lunch table.

"Surprisingly fun." I replied shovelling a few chips in my mouth causing Harry to chuckle.

"How can you find maths fun?" Niall questioned, his mouth full of food, surprise surprise. I placed my chips down and looked straight at him. "What?" He asked, still hoarding food into his mouth.

"Nothing." I chuckled.

"But seriously Delilah, how can you like maths?" Zayn asked.

"I just do." I replied. "The same way you like eating Niall." I joked.

"Eating and maths aren't even on the same spectrum." He argued.

"It was just an example of a simile." I retorted.

"We're not in English class." He replied.

"Oh, so you know what a simile is?" I joked.

"Shut up." He replied before throwing a chip at me. I was about to throw one back but Harry quickly grabbed my arm.

"We don't want a repeat of last time." He said eating the chip out of my hand.

"Hey!" I exclaimed.
