Packing in my room getting; ready to head back to the palace whilst leaving Noah behind I have a weird feeling sitting at the pit of my stomach. Even though Noah managed to persuade Nathan to stay with Anna as well this pack house - just like the moment I stepped into it I can feel something a bad feeling omitting from every corner. “Crown Princess” Pamela knocks on the already opened door. Immediately irritated by her I put on a fake smile “Yes?” “I heard you’re heading back to the palace. Is there something you don’t like here?” Innocently she asks making me feel slightly bad - surely the way I’m in a rush to leave is giving me a bad image. “Umm, no I just - well you see as Crown Princess and the future queen I have a lot of duties. It’s nothing about the service of your pack. You can rest-“ “Well that’s good” Her voice quickly changes into something frighteningly sly and manipulating causing me to quickly turn my head around with widened eyes.

“Just when I thought I needed to get you out of the scene” Crossing her arms in front of her chest I instantly glare at her and with a angry tone of voice I question her.

“What?” - Standing up from my suitcase we stare at each other at eye level - I always knew this girl is like Anna, innocently manipulative. “Noah, he’s quite a catch isn’t he? He resembles my dead mate.” “Where do you think you’re going by saying such pointless things to me?” Daring her she stops talking and clapping her mouth shut for a second she smirks. “Nothing. I just want to tell you to be careful.” Laughing her words make me chuckle “You’re telling me to be careful? Aren’t you just a tad bit too arrogant? Or are you doubting your own ability?” Nearing her she glare at me instantly with my eyes staring her brains out. “Noah won’t fall for cheap tricks. I know what your purpose of nearing Noah for. Just like any other woman who is mateless they seek for men who are powerful and have an ability to protect them. To you, Noah is your insurance and I’m your obstacle. Of course who would let go of a chance to become the queen above all.” Scoffing I could only laugh at her, through the many people I’ve confronted I can say I have a good grasp of people’s thoughts. This girl is no different.

“If you think you can come between me and Noah. I’d like to see you try. I’m already tired of being the one who is being stepped on all over the place - so try if you want but your futile attempt will only get you no where but closer to your grave” With every word dripping with sincere threat Pamela gulps down the lump in her throat and quickly rushes out the door. Whilst Pamela rushed out I could smell Anna’s scent - she’s been listening.

Chuckling whilst entering the room her heels clacked as she near towards me. “Being Crown Princess can sure make you look at someone differently. You who was so naive and foolish back at the time now is threatening a poor little girl - and you say you want to be different. Aren’t you just the same as me?” Anna teases with a smirk as I head back to pack my suitcase without answering her, “I’m only staying here because I want to see you fighting the queen. Your little tactics aren’t going to fool anyone”
