Chapter 97
"Wait, District zero?" I ask confused. Haymitch lets out a breath and sits both Slate and I down in chairs. I send a glare at Slate as if to say this is not over.
"District zero is used to be a part of the Capitol, but not as crazy. They were nothing like the Capitol, but when the Dark Days came they were destroyed, and never spoke of, but now the are considered as District Zero. Where we'll hide till Willow's memory of the games has been erased and Katniss' child is born." Haymitch explains.
"Why are we erasing Willow's memory?" I ask.
"Sweetheart, she's only 5 and has been through the games, I think that's best." Haymitch says. I just nod and stand up. I wander around the hover craft trying to find things to do. I find a room and push the door open to see Peeta asleep in a hospital bed. Without a thought I walk over and climb in next to him nestling close. I feel his arms wrap around me and I drift to sleep in his arms.
