After many hours of endless research, we have concluded it down to two guys: Williams' ex boyfriend, Sebastian Stan, or her former co-star, ZAC EFRON!
With the help of my team of trustworthy camera crew, some of us were able to snap a few good pics of Williams and Efron last month. More specifically, on Valentine's Day. They were exiting a bar and looked quite cosy/drunk. If it wasn't Valentine's Day, I would've put it down to old friends catching up... but I've yet to meet an adult who doesn't do it on Valentine's Day!
