It was perfect

*Ashton's p.o.v*
I took a deep breath. "I need to tell you something..."
"Sure, man, what's up?" Luke replied
"Um, well, you see..." I began
"Are you okay?" Luke asked
"Yeah. I just wanted to say... That clearly whatever you did last night worked; Alyssa seemed really happy when she came home," I said, quickly taking a sip of my drink
"Aw, I'm glad she enjoyed it!" Luke replied. "I think Michael's making us watch Camp Rock again, you coming?"
"Yeah, I will in a bit, I'll meet you in there," I said. Luke nodded and headed back into the front room. I sighed. I was going to tell Luke about Alyssa, but then I thought about how happy my sister was last night and how excited she was telling Zoe and Phoebe about it.

*Luke's p.o.v*
"I think Michael's making us watch Camp Rock again, you coming?" I asked Ashton
"Yeah, I will in a bit. I'll meet you in there," Ashton replied. I nodded and left the kitchen, shoving my hands into my pockets as I made my way back to the front room
"Hey," Calum called as I flopped down on the sofa
"Hi," I replied, grinning
"So... How did it go?" Michael asked
"Fine. He says he's okay with my and Alyssa," I said, pulling out my phone when I heard it vibrate.

Hey, me and the girls are going out to the shops, but I was thinking that maybe you and I could hang out later?xxx

Yeah, I would love that. I think me and the lads are going to watch a film so just text me when you're done and I'll take you out for dinner?xxx

I smiled at Alyssa's name in my phone, I loved being able to give her cute nicknames and be able to hug and kiss her. My phone vibrated with another text from Alyssa.

Are you sure? You only took me out last night!xxx

I'm positive. I just want to spend time with you and spoil you because I love you xxx

She replied straight away

"Who are you texting?" Michael smirked, making me look up from my phone. I locked it and put it back in my pocket. I was just about to answer Mikey when Calum interrupted me.
"Wasn't it obvious? He was texting Alyssa; he had a little smile on his face the whole time!"
"I did not!" I cried indignantly, turning a light shade of red.
"Awh, ickle Lukey's embarrassed!" Michael teased, in a babyish voice, just as Ashton walked in.
"Hey, Ash," I said, trying to change the subject
"Hey," he replied, sitting down on the couch next to me.
"Oh hey, your birthday's coming up soon. What are we gonna do?" Calum asked him
"I don't know, it's my first birthday with Alyssa being here, so obviously it's her birthday too. Maybe we could throw a party? Invite some of her friends from California?" Ashton suggested
"That would be great!" Michael agreed
"But how would we be able to et in contact with her friends?" I asked
"I don't know, but we'll find a way!" Ashton replied, enthusiastically.

*Alyssa's p.o.v*

"You texting Luke?" Zoe grinned at me
"I might be," I replied, a small smile appearing on my face
"Awh, you two are so cute," Phoebe gushed, nudging me with her elbow
"Shut up," I said, looking down at the grass
"Is ickle Lyssa embarrassed?" Phoebe asked in a babyish voice
"You're a lot like Michael, you know that right?" Zoe laughed
"C'mon, are we going shopping or not?" I laughed, standing up
"Yeah, let's go!" Phoebe replied and we all wandered out to town together

An hour and a half later, me and the girls were sat in Starbucks, sipping iced coffee.
"So, what are you guys doing tonight?" Zoe asked
"Um, nothing, I don't think," Phoebe replied
"I'm meeting Luke," I said, sipping my drink
"Awh, you guys are cute!" Zoe laughed
"Is there anywhere else you guys want to go?" Phoebe asked
"I don't think so, what about you, Alyssa?" Zoe replied
"Don't think so," I said. "Shall we go?"
"Yeah, okay. Besides, you have to get ready for your date with Luke!" Zoe laughed

An hour later, I was ready for my date with Luke. I was wearing a floaty baby pink dress that stopped mid thigh, with a silver belt and sparkly silver ballet pumps. Luke was picking me up in fifteen minutes so I quickly straightened my hair and reapplied my lipstick. I was just walking downstairs when the doorbell rang.
"I'll get it!" I called and opened the front door to reveal Luke, wearing jeans, a white shirt and a black jacket.
"You look amazing," Luke commented, pulling me in for a hug
"You look pretty amazing yourself," I laughed, blushing at his compliment
"You ready to go?" Luke asked me
"Yeah, where are we going?" I replied, pulling the door shut behind me.
"Out to dinner," Luke replied, and opened the door to his car for me. I climbed in and Luke got into the driver's seat.

We drove to an American diner, and had burgers and chips. The date was brilliant, each moment better than the last. I tried to pay for my meal but Luke wasn't having any of it
"Why won't you let me pay? You payed yesterday!" I said, trying to put my money down on the silver dish the waiter bought over
"I'm gonna pay, it's my treat," Luke replied, swiping his card on the reader.
"Well, thank you. But you don't have to pay everytime!" I said, as Luke took my hand and we left the restaurant.
"It's okay. I like spoiling my princess," Luke answered, gently kissing my cheek. It's a good thing that it was dark outside because I could fell my cheeks going red. On the drive home, me and Luke sang along very loudly - and in my case, very badly - to Luke's Green Day CD. All in all, it was a perfect night.

Sorry about the bad ending, I didn't know how else to end the chapter.

The next chapter will be leading up to Ash and Alyssa's birthday and then the chapter after, it will be their birthday party.

And 4k reads?! Thank you guys, thank you so much. I know it doesn't seem like much as loads of books on here have so many more, but since it's my first book, I'm so chuffed.
