Slight Alternate Universe
When you show up in the throne room dressed in a black dress, black heels, and a matching black cloak with a grey fur collar and lining everyone stares. You walk over to M'Baku and cup his face, kissing him softly and he smiles at you.
"Zelda," he says with smile as you wipe the black lipstick off his lips. "What are you doing here?"
"You've been gone from the tribe for nearly a week. Does a wife not get worried?"
"Wife?" The river tribe elder said.
"Yes," you say looking at him. "Zelda, Chieftess of the Jabari."
The elders greet you and you smile at them. T'Challa greets you and finds that behind your dark appearance is a sweet woman. You remind him of his mother.
"I come home in two days my love," M'Baku says.
"I will stay with you then."
"You don't—"
You silence him with a kiss.
"It wasn't a question."
He chuckles as he stands, hugging you before kissing your temple.
"Are we finished my king?" M'Baku asks.
"Yes."
M'Baku and you leave the throne room, his hand on your waist.

You are a member of the lost tribe. This tribe is small and has this name because it was believed to have disappeared centuries ago. As magic users, you are all powerful.
You had met M'Baku when you had gone to the mountains to work on your magic. That was nearly ten years ago. Your tribe had followed you, joining the Jabari. It works for your tribe and you.
You smile as M'Baku traces the tattoos on your skin. One runs down your spine, it is of the moon's phases with a magic ink that while M'Baku can't see it, he feels it. On your side and running down to your thigh is a more gothic tattoo: there is a grim reaper, skeletons, and other figures.
"Do you still want that tattoo?" You asked.
"The one on the finger?"
"Yes my love."
"What would it be?"
You smile.
"The moon for me. The sun for you. The moon never strays too far from the sun."
M'Baku smiles.
"And with the magic ink, when we touch, it will glow with a hidden message."
"When we get back."
You smile as you kiss M'Baku. His hand travels down and you moan as he begins to finger you. M'Baku is about to move when a knock interrupts.
"Yes?" Your clear voice says.
"It's T'Challa. May I speak with M'Baku if he is not busy Chieftess?"
"Give us a moment."
M'Baku groans but kisses you as you two dress. He opens the door and allows T'Challa in. You are in a mini black skirt that has a slit and hugs your curves. The black crop top you wear hugs your breast and taunt stomach.
You turn, walking to the dresser. T'Challa sees the tattoo and blinks. His herb allows him to see the magic tattoos.
"You're a lost tribe..."
You turn and smile.
"I forget the herb grants that ability."
T'Challa smiles and M'Baku growls.
"Calm yourself M'Baku. T'Challa isn't going to try anything."
T'Challa blushes.
"Jabari men can be jealous lovers."
"Not jealous. Just..."
"Possessive."
T'Challa laughs as M'Baku pouts. You smile as you slip your shoes on.
"I'll leave you men to talk. I want to go to the library."
They nod and you leave them to talk.

You are surprised by the question T'Challa asks you.
"Me? On the council?"
"M'Baku doesn't have all your people skills," T'Challa begins and you laugh. "And he said he would prefer to and I quote "stay in the mountains then come down here"."
You chuckle.
"I accept."
T'Challa smiles and M'Baku hugs you, making you smile as he kisses your temple.
"I owe you," he murmurs.
"Yes you do."
T'Challa smiles at the couple.

You eye the outsider and raise an eyebrow. He looks at you and smirks. You are in a black hoodie dress with thigh high black heel boots. Your dreads are up in a ponytail, revealing the shaved sides, and you have on glasses.
You don't appreciate the leer and glare at him.
"Get your cousin T'Challa."
Everyone stares in shock. You stand and look at W'Kabi. You don't trust him.
"T'Challa."
He looks at you.
"I must go. I will give M'Baku your regards."
You kiss his cheek before hugging Shuri and Ramonda. You disappear in a puff of black smoke.

When T'Challa is brought to you and M'Baku you gasp, running over to him. The bell sleeves of your dress flow as you run over.
"Get him to the healing room! Now!" You shout.
M'Baku looks at you.
"Shuri and Ramonda will be here soon. Be kind to them."
"I will my love."
You leave, headed for the healing room.

You return with T'Challa, dressed in the traditional clothing of the lost tribe. You are in a black dress with long flowing sleeves and a slit up to your thigh, revealing your tattoo. You are barefoot with the exception of an anklet that has all your protective animals on it.
You say a quick spell and your eyes turn pitch black, hands glowing black. You shoot the plane down and do the same to two more.
"Go," you say and T'Challa rubs forward as the border tribe charges.
You fight with a grace that Okoye is jealous of. You block strikes, blows, and hits, returning your own. You summon panthers black as night, hawks with blood red eyes and black feathers, and black elephants.
You summon a staff made of bone and take out two tribe members. The jabari arrive and your husband nods as you carry on.

You appear next to T'Challa and the stabbed Erik.
"Zelda! Can you—"
You nod and walk over to Erik. He looks at you, giving a weak smile.
"You're the pretty advisor."
You chuckle as you use your magic to stabilise Erik before pulling the dagger out. Your magic instantly begins to heal the wound as the dagger drops to the side.
"What..."
"Zelda. Don't talk."
Erik nods and leans on your shoulder. You smile at the man as you heal the wound. You and T'Challa help him up, carrying him back inside.

Erik punishment is to live with the Jabari. He doesn't mind because at least you come back on the weekends.
M'Baku doesn't appreciate Erik's looks at you but he can't do much. Besides being a Chieftess, you also do tattoos for the villagers. Erik asked if you could tattoo his leg. You agree and begin the process.
M'Baku enters the room and sees you and Erik talking as you work on his leg.
"Hello Love."
You pause and M'Baku presses a soft kiss to your lips. Erik is jealous that you and M'Baku have this relationship. Well more like Erik is jealous of M'Baku.
You are the perfect woman but married. Even if Erik wants to make a move he can't.
"Can I speak with Erik for a moment?"
You blink but nod. You cover your material and put the tattoo pen back. You kiss M'Baku again before leaving the room.
M'Baku sits as Erik looks at him.
"Wassup?" Erik says.
"I see the way you look at my wife."
Erik glares at him.
"Yeah well she's your wife."
"I'm sure there's someone in the village who can be the apple of your eye."
"None of them are like Zelda."
M'Baku chuckles.
"Of course not."
The two men are silent and M'Baku looks at him.
"Don't do anything to her."
"Anything like what?"
M'Baku growls.
"Don't touch my wife."
"She's doing my tattoo."
M'Baku growls and stands, Erik standing as well. You enter the room and look at the two men.
"Boys."
They look at you.
"M'Baku you are my husband and you know I love you deeply. N'Jadaka."
Erik blushes as you say his name.
"You are a beautiful man and if I was a lesser woman, I would've already broken my vows. But, please respect my marriage."
"Yes Chieftess," He murmurs.
"Of course...unless M'Baku feels like sharing..."
M'Baku blinks and you laugh at his face. Erik smiles.
"Share...?"
"The lost tribe is polyamorous."
M'Baku blinks.
"Why...we could've had another partner!"
You laugh as M'Baku tickles you and Erik watches.
"I mean...Erik works well with me and you. You enjoy his company. Don't lie: you do."
M'Baku blushes and nods.
"Erik likes both of us and if you and Erik don't mind, he can join us."
The two men look at each other before agreeing. You laugh as they hug you, kissed you over and over.

You all settle into a routine and Erik proves to enhance the relationship. Erik is a cuddler (something that M'Baku loves). He would curl around you or M'Baku (or both) and would nuzzle you.
He's currently doing that but to M'Baku. You smile at the sight, Erik between M'Baku's legs and hugging his waist, head on his chest. You walk over and kiss both of their foreheads.
"Hey."
"How was the meeting?"
"Good. He's sleeping?"
"No..."
You chuckle as Erik sits up and kisses you, cupping your face.
"Let me change and I'll come join you two."
They smile as M'Baku calls for tea and treats while Erik gets more furs. You return and join them in bed, smiling as Erik rest his head on your thigh and you use M'Baku's chest as a pillow.
You smile at your two partners before you three begin talking.

You all sit in the room that gives a few of the tribe and the view.
"It's been a year," M'Baku says softly as you sip your tea.
"A year...?"
"Since you joined us Erik. As in our relationship."
Erik smiles.
"It's only right you have something that shows it."
You place a black box before him. He looks at you and M'Baku. M'Baku smiles and you nod as he opens it and gasps.
Inside is a matching ring to you and M'Baku's ring. It's a black metal with a wood lining. He slips it on and gasps as the metal glows with a design of a moon, sun, and star.
"The moon, sun, and stars are all together."
Erik smiles and kisses both of you.
"I love you, my chief and Chieftess."
"And we love you, our little jaguar," M'Baku says as he pulls both of you into a hug.
You laugh as you all relax, talking about the rest of the day.
