"Wei Zhou it's time." His manager placed her hand on his shoulder knowing this was the only way to snap him back to reality. Wei Zhou looked at the mirror seeing a reflection of his face that held no life in his eyes. He then looked at his manager and nodded.
Wei Zhou stepped on stage as the crowd screamed. Million of fans cried out loud having to see him come back for one last song. Wei Zhou was supposed to just repeat his previous song but something urged him to do something else.
"I wrote this song to a very special someone." Wei Zhou gave out a bitter smile as the crowd roared again. No one knew how to read him properly to know that at that moment he was in pain.
"I hope this person doesn't hear this song." Wei Zhou whispered that last part but the microphone did its job as everyone heard him. Nevertheless, they still cheered with excitement knowing they will witness and hear a new song.
"This song is called Between Us."

The instruments start to play as Wei Zhou closed his eyes. For the longest time in his career, this was the first time he will finally reveal the one song that held his true feelings.

Every memory came back flooding to him as it ended on the day he left. That same day his heart stopped beating. Wei Zhou lied just so he could live but he also sacrificed his own life. He searched the crowd hoping to see him but at the same time, he wished that he wouldn't be there. With one finally breathe he continued to sing out loud the feelings he held all these years.

The crowd erupted with cheers as Wei Zhou felt empty inside. So many people loved him but the one person that counted was the person he left. The crowd's cheers became muffled and as he closed his eyes a single tear dropped.
