Great. Now I have to choose between my family and Draco! Maybe I can visit him for a day but I can't just leave Mom for the entire break.
"Um, I don't think I can Draco," I say tucking a Piece of hair behind my ear and standing from his chair.
"Why not?" He asks wrapping his arms around my waist.
"Because I have to see my mom and spend time with Logan and Mike," I say honestly.
"I guess so, how about a few days. You'll still have plenty of time to see your family and you can come to our annual ball" Draco says
"I'll ask my brothers but I'm not promising anything," I say pulling away from him.
I still haven't told him about what happened this morning. But there were enough people that saw it that could have spread the word.
I turn on my heel and head for the door. I don't know why I though I could get away with it because the moment I turn Draco grabs my wrist.
"Where are you going?" He asks giving me a sad look.
"I have to finish packing," I say
"I can help you," he says
"It's okay, you should get to your Herbology class," I say
"Don't you have class too?" He says leaning on the wall.
"Yup, and I'll be late if I don't pack now" I lie.
Draco doesn't try to stop me a second time and allows me to walk out the door. I go into my room and close the door. I walk over to my bed and collapse. I feel a small paper under my hand and lift myself into my elbows to look at it. I look at the small envelope with my name on it.
I open the envelope to see a small note that says,

Meeting time change, 2 pm in the room of requirement
Harry
I look at my clock and it's already 1:30. I would have to leave for the meeting now and pack later. I force myself to get up and shove the note behind a picture frame on my desk. I open my door slowly and look down the corridor to see if Draco's anywhere to be seen. The coast is clear and I walk down the corridor. I turn to enter the common room. I stop quickly as I see Draco's platinum blonde hair across the room. I look around the room to see if anyone is around to help me and I see Olly and Maddy sitting on the couch. I look at Draco who has his back turned to me and make a break for the couch. I run over to Olly and Maddy and hide behind the arm on the couch.
"Hey Elena," Olly says
"Olly shhhh," I say putting my hand over his mouth.
Olly leans over the couch and whispers to me.
"Still hiding from Malfoy?" He asks
"Yup," I say looking at Draco.
"What do you need?" He asks
"To get out of the common room," I say
"Another mysterious disappearance of the week?" He says
"What?" I ask trying to act like he wasn't completely right.
"We're your best friends, we notice when you leave," he says
"I'll explain later, just help me and I'll tell you" I plead
"Fine" Olly says
Olly leans back over to Maddy and tells her what's happening. They both stand up and walk over to Draco.
They start talking and Maddy starts moving around a lot. Almost like she's dancing. She moves around more and more showing off her weird dance before she falls. She lets out a small cry of pain and grabs her ankle.
I jump up from my hiding spot and she gives me a smile while everyone examines her "hurt" ankle. I smile back and she goes back to her act of pain. I make a dash for the door and slide out of the common room unseen.
I run up the stairs and see Hermione waiting for me at the top.
"I was wondering where you were?" She says giving me a hug.
"Sorry, I'm having a bit of Draco drama right now," I say hugging her back.
"Well let's go, we don't want to be late," she says
We walk down the main corridor and head for the room of requirement.
"So what's going on with Malfoy?" She asks
"He asked me to spend the holidays with him, but I want to spend it with my family and you," I say linking arms with her.
"What did you tell him?" She asks.
"I said I would talk to Logan about it, but knowing Logan he'll say no," I say
"I wouldn't doubt it. Logan isn't exactly Draco's biggest fan" she says
"What do you mean?" I ask
I'm almost positive I know what she's going to say. Logan has probably been talking badly about Draco behind my back. He probably only tolerates him because of me.
"Honestly I don't think Logan hates anyone more," she says
What? How could Logan hate Draco? Why didn't he say anything? We tell each other everything...well I guess he didn't tell me about that mystery girl.
"Does he talk about him?" I ask
"All the time, he's always worried about you," she says
We turn the corner and I see the room of requirement at the end of the hall.
"Why is he worried?" I ask
"He thinks Draco's going to take advantage of you," she says "just wait until he finds out he already has" she adds laughing to herself.
"What?!" I say stopping and panicking.
I feel my emotions spiral and I'm instantly terrified. If Logan found out he could freak out.
"Hermione he can't know about Draco and I," I say pleading and grabbing her hands.
"It's a little late for that" Fred says and he comes around the corner with George.
"What?" I ask
"He's been getting all the details all morning," George says
"I've never seen him so bloody angry" Fred says
"Hermione" Harry says walking down the hall with Ron.
"Harry!" I yell running over to him.
"Does Logan know?" I ask
Harry knew exactly what I meant and took a deep breath.
"I'm so sorry Elena," he says looking at the floor. "But he found out this morning, Neville told him, he didn't know," he says
"Oh my god," I say putting my hands on my head.
I start to pace across the floor and think. I have no idea what to say to Logan, and he's probably already told Mike.
"Elena" I hear Neville's voice behind me.
I turn to see his eyes full of tears and his robes wet from crying.
"I really am sorry," he says
"Oh Neville it's okay," I say hugging him. "I would have told them eventually anyway" I let him go and he wipes his eyes.
"Come on everyone, we've got some practice to do," Harry says putting his hand on my back.
We all start to walk to the room when I hear someone call my name.
"Elena, wait up!" They yell.
I turn to see Olly and Alex running down the hall followed by Maddy and Beth.
"Do they know?" Harry ask
"I don't know," I say as I walk towards them.
"Hey," Maddy says hugging me.
"Harry, do you think we could join you?" Olly asks
"We're willing to help in any way when you know who comes," Maddy says looking around me.
Harry looks at Hermione for an answer and she smiles at them.
"We can use all the help we can get," she says
"Come on," Beth says grabbing my hand.
We all walk into the room of requirement and circle around Harry.
"Alright, today we're going to be working on deflection. This will become very useful when in battle" Harry says looking at all of us.
"Get into partners and I'll give a demonstration" he was looking at Hermione for help.
"Elena," Olly says. He gives me a slight nod and I realize he wants to be partners.
I walk over to him and turn to see Hermione and Harry.
"Ready, one, two, stupify!" Hermione says
At the same time, Harry deflects her spell
"Protego" he says
A small shield forms in front of him and the spell bounces off it.
Everyone claps as Harry and Hermione join the circle again.
"Let's give it a try," Harry says

I sit on the bed beside Maddy and Beth brushes Clair's hair. I take off my boots and throw them on the floor and lay down.
"So how was the day?" Claire asks
"Horrible," I say quickly.
Everyone looks at me in silence and I instantly realize what I've just done.
"Why?" Maddy asks
"Well, to make it short Ben got really mad at me because he loves me apparently," I say trailing off
"We know," Beth says
"Of course you do," I say rolling my eyes.
Apparently, everyone knew about Ben's love for me before I did.
"anyway, I then had to leave the castle to get away from that drama and came back to a very angry Draco. Oh ya and now I'm finding out that my brother has hated Draco the whole time.
"Well at least Logan hasn't killed Draco," Claire says
"Thanks," I say sarcastically.
I close my eyes and take a deep breath. How was I going to deal with this? There's no way Logan won't bring it up at dinner and I can't avoid him. Is he even mad at me? Or does he just not like Draco? Either way, he can't be happy about us.
"Elena" Maddy says nudging me.
"it's time for dinner," she says getting up
I look around and see Claire putting on her boots and Beth waiting by the door. I sit up and grab my boots and put them on.
"Come on Elena, you can't be late," Maddy says noticing how slow I'm going
I stand up and walk out the door. We walk down the girls' corridor, Maddy beside me and beth and Claire close behind. We walk into the common room to see Olly. Alex and Blaise sitting on the couch. Olly notices us and springs up. he runs over to me and grabs my arms and starts pulling me towards the door.
"Elena we have to go!" he yells as he pulls me
"What, why?" I ask
"I'll explain on the way, come on," He says pulling me out the door.
The others follow quickly behind us and I can see Blaise whisper to Claire and her expression turns for happy to terrified. Alex tells Maddy and beth and the same thing happens, they are instantly walking much faster and Olly begins to run with me.
"Olly what the hell!" I yell running to keep up with him.
"It's Draco, he knows about Logan and he's going to hurt him," Olly says in between breaths.
"What!?" I yell
We turn down to the main hallway and are meters away from the grand hall with everyone behind us.
"we have to get to Logan before..." Olly instantly stops in the doorway of the grand hall and I get thrown forwards. I catch myself and look up.
I see Draco kneeling beside Logan, who's lying on the floor covered in Blood. Draco looks up at me and freezes. I can see the tears falling down his face as he looks at Logan.
"before Draco does," Olly says running his hand through his hair in disbelief.
