...

A few days after hanging out with Midori and Momoi separately, they both texted me in the morning via a group chat instead of the usual individual stuff. What a happy surprise.

Midori: Sensei!

Momoi: Sensei! Sensei!

What? What? What?

Momoi: There's a big event going on at Haru Habara!

...Does she mean Akihabara? Kivotos has got a rip-off of that too?

What kinda event?

Momoi: There's a stamp rally going on for the Ultra Marine Sisters' fortieth anniversary!

The hell is a stamp rally?

Midori: If you get all the stamps, you can get special items!

Momoi: We can't miss this!

Momoi: Okay, Sensei?

Hehehe. I'll be there.

Midori: Yes!

Momoi: Yay!

Chuckling, I get up and get ready to meet the twins at knock-off Akihabara before I noticed that I got another text, interestingly from Yuzu. Smiling at the strange coincidence, I open Yuzu's text.

What type of games do you like, Sensei?

I don't really have a go-to genre or anything, but I always played stuff on console. Never had a PC or anything.

I like almost all games.

Although, I don't really like online games where you have to work together with other people...

I don't like how you have to talk to people.

But I still like fighting games.

Fighting games? Really?

Yeah. You don't have to talk to anyone in order to play those games.

One of my favorite game devs is creating a new fighting game, so I'm really looking forward to that.

Heh, we may have to play sometime. I may be rusty though.

Hehe. That's fine.

Speaking for a bit longer, the two of us agreed to hang out for a while, still leaving time for the twins' event later this afternoon. I'm actually looking forward to that. Getting up, I begin to get ready for my trip to Millennium.

—————

Walking through Millennium's district, I catch something in the corner of my eye. It's Aris in a cafe, tapping away on a handheld console, eyes locked with the screen intently. Intrigued, I go inside. The girl is so focused that she doesn't even notice me approach.

"Yo, Aris." I say.

She jolts, her blue eyes widening as her mouth forms a happy smile. "Ah, Sensei! Good morning!"

"What're you doin'?" I ask.

"A friend recommended Aris this game and let her borrow the console." She explains. "This game has been popular with other students lately, but it is quite difficult. Aris does know know what to choose. It is forcing Aris to make such tough decisions..."

Looking at the screen, I ask, "It's a visual novel type thing, huh? What kinda questions are gettin' ya?"

She looks back at the screen and explains, "The main character is the second prince of the Chromati Kingdom. He is also known as Prince Chest Hair."

"The fuck kinda name is that...?" I blink, suddenly feeling very concerned.

"His signature chest hair is supposedly the most attractive quality in the kingdom." Aris explains, only increasing my worry.

"Oooookay..." I say, slowly.

"All the kings from the neighboring kingdoms are competing to get their hands on the prince, and now it is down to the Bearded King and the Bald Emperor." She explains. Is this some BL shit? "Should Prince Chest Hair choose the Bearded King or the Bald Emperor? Which one will make him happy? Both seem to be good choices, so it is a very hard decision to make." She says, looking up at me with a concerned face.

"Yeah... I can see why this is difficult." I say, far more confused than I thought I'd be. "Still, why do you think they're both good for him?"

"The Bearded King loves running through the street naked, so he and the prince share the same hobby." Aris explains, worrying me further. What the fuck kinda...? "But the Bald Emperor is one of the best-looking men in the world. He has won the Beefcake Festival several times and helps the prince train his pecs, making his chest hair shine even more." The fuck did she just say?

"Yeah, sounds like a real good one. Real Game of the Year contender..." I say, sarcastic as I can possibly be.

"Both of them are a great match for the prince... so how is Aris supposed to decide? It is too hard." Aris says.

I scratch my head a bit. "I dunno. In this kinda situation, just follow your heart."

"Follow... my heart...?" She asks, slowly.

I nod. "Yeah. You'll never go wrong that'a way. I'll support ya no matter what you choose."

She nods, suddenly looking determined. "Thank you, Sensei. Aris now knows what she must do..." She hums. "Chest hair or naked sprinting...? Bearded or bald...?"

...I might need to take this one away from her.

"Welp." I say, patting her on the shoulder. "Good luck with that, Aris."

"Thank you, Sensei!" She says one last time as I leave the cafe and head over to the Game Dev club room.

—————

"Knock, knock." I say, opening the door to the Game Dev room.

"Ah, Sensei!" Yuzu says, happily, pausing the game she was playing.

"How's it goin', Yuzu?" I ask with a smile, closing the door behind me.

"It's going, Sensei." She says with a smile, before looking a bit nervous. "Um, Sensei, if it's okay with you, would you like to play a fighting game with me?"

"Oh? Did our talk earlier get you in the mood for that?" I ask.

She nods. "Yeah, that new fighting game I was talking about arrived right after we finished texting!" She says, happily. "It's a game I've really been looking forward to, so I want to play it now. Though, all the others have plans today..."

"Yeah, I ran into Aris at a cafe earlier playing... something." I say, shaking my head. "And the twins invited me out for some kinda 'stamp rally' later."

"Ah, I'd heard about that rally." The redhead says.

"Yup. I'm going with them to that later, but I've got some time for a game or two." I smile.

Yuzu beams at me, a cute smile on her face. "G-Great!"

"Though, why don't you fight against the CPU if you didn't have anyone?" I ask.

"The CPU opponents are never as fun as real people, but... I'm kind of scared to play a game with someone that I don't know at all." She explains.

"Alright, well... Go ahead and boot it up, but don't expect me to be amazing at this or anything." I stress.

"That's fine. It's my first time playing this as well. Let's battle each other and build up our skills!" She says, happily.

The two of us begin to play the game. Thankfully, I set an alarm on my phone so that time won't get away from us. Despite it being her first time playing this game, I soon found myself on the back foot in every fight. She got a Double Flawless Victory the first time, which shocked me. After that, I put in everything I had. I haven't played any fighting games in years, but it seems the abilities I've picked up over the past five years are also applicable to games, as I starting playing in ways I never could have before. Yuzu and I soon found ourselves going all out against one another.

Yuzu and I even tied once. In a fighting game. And it wasn't due to the timer, our characters K.O.'d each other.

One strange thing was that she kept talking to herself as though she was losing, even when she was winning.

"Phew!" I exclaim loudly, leaning back as Yuzu wins this game. "Is this seriously your first time playing this game?"

"Of course! This is a brand new game that was just released this morning." She explains.

"Then why were you saying that the fight was close even when you won by a mile?" I ask.

"Well... when I'm in the zone, I tend to talk to myself without realizing it..." She says, shyly lowering her face into her hoodie a bit. "I-I didn't mean to say anything weird, I swear!"

I chuckle, patting the girl on the head. "It's fine. We all have weird quirks."

"St-Still..." She says as I release her, the girl's face red like her hair. "I was surprised by how easily you picked it up."

"Well... Let's just say I've picked up some tricks which made me stronger and faster and it seems like those can apply to fighting games." I explains. "I haven't actually played one of these in years, and I definitely wasn't this good at 'em."

"R-Really?" She blinks.

"Hey, I'm as surprised as you are!" I playfully argue. "...I've still got time, so... let's go again." I grin.

She smiles back, happily. Yuzu is such a cute bean.

—————

After leaving their club room, I went to meet the twins. I found them among a crowd of people. Seems the event was bigger than I expected it to be.

"Yo!" I call out.

""Sensei!"" The twins shout in unison, earning a chuckle from me, before Momoi groans. "I wish I knew it'd be this busy earlier!"

"That and the other problem..." Midori says.

"What's wrong?" I inquire.

"The stamp rally, for the Ultra Marine Sister's fortieth anniversary, is truly worthy of that number. There are forty stamp locations all over Haru Habara, and if you collect them all, you can exchange them for an exclusive reward." The pink twin explains.

"But the deadline is at two p.m." The green twin adds, sadly.

"That quick?" I blink. Fuck, that's less time than I hoped for.

"What do we do, Sensei? There are less than two hours left!" Momoi shouts. "It's been a while since I've been to an event that was offering a prize I really wanted!"

"First of all, calm down." I say, calmly. "Second of all, you haven't even tried yet. Let's give it a shot first."

"Sensei's right, Sis." Midori adds. "If we want, I can help get your prize for you."

"Eh? But what about YOUR prize?" Momoi asks.

"It's fine..." Midori says.

"You said the same thing about that Legend of Zinda game that came out the other day!" Momoi accuses, causing her sister to jolt.

I smile. "Then I'll just have to help you both get the prize."

"Eh?" "Huh?" Both girls look at me in surprise.

"You both can get twenty each and I'll get twenty on two cards. Simple as that." I say.

"Will that work...?" The green twin asks.

"I dunno..." The pink twin adds.

"Then just treat this as another co-op game." I suggest, causing the two girls to blink in surprise before smiling.

"That's...!" Midori says.

Momoi smiles. "He's right. There's no such thing... as an impossible quest! Let's go with your plan, Sensei!"

Midori nods. "Let's split up and get them all!"

""We're counting on you, Sensei!"" They both say.

I grin viciously. "Let's do it."

—————

Pushing myself quite a bit, I ran all over the area, grabbing two of each stamp for the girls just in time. At about two o'clock, I returned to the spot we split up at. I keep an eye out for the girls, before I hear them both running towards me.

""Sensei!"" They both yell as they run to me. Stopping in front of me, they both eagerly show their cards to me, each filled with twenty stamps as they beam at me, sweat on their faces. They both look positively ecstatic, Momoi more so than her sister.

"Look, Sensei! We got all of the stamps!" Momoi happily says. "This quest is now cleared!"

"Haah... A part of me thought this would be impossible..." Midori says, out of breath.

"The three of us make a great team!" The pink twin says.

"Huh. How come you aren't tired, Sensei?" The green one asks.

"Meh, it wasn't much running, at least compared to stuff I've done in the past." I shrug. "I'm more worried about you two. You didn't push yourselves too hard, did ya?"
The twins smile and shake their heads negative.

"I am pretty tired, but... this was pretty fun." Midori admits.

"Yeah, I definitely had lots of fun!" Momoi adds. "If there's ever another event like this, we should go together, Sensei!"

"Mmhm." Midori nods in agreement.

"Still, we're..." Midori begins, looking at her pink watch under her sleeve. "...still on time! Come on, let's go to the exchange center."

Momoi nods. "Let's go nab our hard-earned spoils! As thanks, I'll buy you a drink on the way back!"

I chuckle. "Thanks." I say, handing them the two cards, which they hold onto happily.

"Erm..." Midori makes an awkward sound, before grabbing onto my hand. "It's still busy, so don't get lost. Okay?" She says, looking away from me with a bright blush. I look to my other side as my other hand is grabbed by Momoi, who's also looking away and blushing. Hand in hand, the three of us go and get the girls their prizes.

—————

True to her word, Momoi bought me a vending machine drink, which I drank quickly due to being quite thirsty. I ended up drinking it on the way back, finishing it before we made it back to Millennium. I stop mid-stride as I leaned my head back and finished off the last of the drink.

The twins looked at me surprised.

"What? I was thirsty." I say nonchalantly, earning giggles from the girls. "Lemme throw this away." I say before quickly looking around the area, finding a recycling bin easily. I could toss it in the trash can next to it, but I suppose it doesn't matter. Walking over, I casually open the recycling bin and-

"Eh?" "Huh?"

I find myself confused as I see a girl crouched inside of the bin. Her red eyes with white pupils look up at me, equally confused. She has long, brown hair with some leaves in them, as well as a headband that resembles rabbit ears. She wears a blue schoolgirl's uniform covered with all sorts of tactical gear. Is she from that SRT Academy I heard about? She also has on bright, white leggings and white tennis shoes. She has a sniper rifle held to her chest. Her halo is grey, appearing like a the ripples water makes after a rock hits it. The halo also has grey 'droplets' falling from it.

"Ah, don't mind me. I'll toss this in the other can." I say, casually.

The girl nods with a small, shy smile on her face. "You're... a human adult...?"

"Yeah." I smile. "Joshua, Schale's Sensei. Nice to meetcha."

She jolts, her eyes widening. "Ah, um... I-I'm Kasumizawa Miyu."

I smile. "Well, I'll leave ya to your stealth mission." I joke, leaving the strange rabbit-themed girl alone in the recycling can, while tossing the empty soda can in the trash can.

Shame I never noticed the strangely happy smile that girl made after I left.

—————

After getting their stuff, I helped carry the memorabilia to their club room, which was empty. I wonder where Yuzu went, and Aris... I hope my worries about that game were unfounded. The twins were quite happy about their new stuff, although they seemed a bit more reserved than normal, especially Momoi, who's usually very energetic. Strange.

"Hey, Sensei. Can you, uh... wait outside for a sec? I wanna ask Sis something." Midori suddenly says.

"Huh?" Momoi blinks, turning to her sister with a confused face.

"Eh? Sure." I say, nodding as I stand up and go outside. "Just tell me when I can come back." I say, shutting the door behind me. I wonder what they're up to?

—————

The door clicks as Sensei shuts it behind him.

"So, what did you wanna ask?" Momoi asks her sister, curious as to what it could be.

"Sis, do you... like Sensei?" Midori asks, hesitant.

"Huh?!" The pink twin squeaks, before shrinking and blushing, realizing her volume. "O-Of course I like Sensei. He's a great friend, y'know?"

"No, I mean... do you LIKE Sensei?" Midori clarifies.

Momoi remains silent, blushing at her sister's question. "...Yeah." She admits. "I mean, how could I not? He's a great guy, always helping us out and stuff. He and Aris literally saved our club, y'know..."

"Yeah..." The green twin says, nostalgic.

"But what about you, Midori?" Momoi asks.

"Huh?!" The green twin squeaks, mirroring the one from her twin just a moment ago. "I, well... Yeah..."

The twins remain silent for a moment, neither able to think of words to say.

"So... we both like him. Now what?" Midori asks, unsure.

"Now... I guess we could... both tell him." Momoi says, her face red.

"Both of us? Are we gonna have to make him choose?" Midori asks.

"No!" Momoi shouts, louder than she wanted to. "No..."

"Sis... are you...?" The green one asks.

"Yeah..." The pink one says.

"But what if he already has someone?" Midori asks.

"Well... Sensei's the only guy who's a human in the whole city, so maybe he does." Momoi guesses. "And maybe-"

"-they'd be willing to share?" Midori finishes.

The pink twin nods at her sister.

The green twin sighs deeply. "Well... If you're gonna tell him, then so will I."

"Really?" Pink eyes blink in surprise.

"Yup." The green one nods.

"Thanks, Midori."

"You're welcome, Sis."

—————

"Okay, Sensei. You can come back in." Midori says, prompting me to come back inside. Once in, I notice that the twins are acting even more shy than before as they sit on the couch. Their faces are red too... Don't tell me... Putting that aside for the moment, I walk over and sit down between the two girls.

"So, um..." Midori begins, shyly.

"We, uh..." Momoi says, shyly.

I just smile. "Take your time. Say it when you're ready."

They blink in surprise, before swallowing their spit, hard, and at the same time. They really are twins, huh? The two girls look at each other, before nodding, their faces resolute.

""We both really like you!"" The say in perfect unison.

I blink. Yup, looks like I was right on the money here.

"Sis and I talked it over, and we both wanna be with you." Midori explains.

"Yeah! I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if you already were dating a few girls, so..." Momoi adds, before trailing off shyly.

I chuckle. "Well, you're right on assumin' that. I do have a harem, weird as it is to say that. And... I wouldn't mind adding you two to it."

The girls faces brighten up a bit.

"But! You need to know two things before that." I add.

"What?" The pink twin asks.

"For one, you've gotten get Hoshino- my first girlfriend's- approval. Though I'm sure she'll like you two." I say.

"And the second?" The green twin asks.

I sigh deeply. "Every girl I've gotten together with here in Kivotos, I've... explained a bit about my past to them." The twins remain silent, understanding how serious I am. "I would be lying if I said I didn't trust you two so... Let me explain."

—————

I gave them the same story I gave the others, telling them about my friend-turned-worst fucking enemy, my old lover, and how I've been on the run for five years. The twins' reactions mirrored the other girls' when I told them- sadness and fury at hearing what I've been through.

"What an asshole!" Momoi breaks the silence after I finish my tale. "What kinda guy does stuff like that?"

"Even villains that are comically evil wouldn't do stuff like that." Midori adds, grumbling.

"Yeah, that guy was a real piece of shit." I say. "Though, that's in the past now."

"It sucks that you went through all of that, but it does make you sound really cool, Sensei." The green twin points out.

The pink one happy agrees. "Yeah! It makes you sound like some kinda action movie star or something!"

I chuckle, a bit awkwardly. "Well... I suppose it does. 'One man against the world' and all that."

"Hehe... That gives me an idea." Momoi says.

"Sis, you aren't gonna use Sensei's story in a game, are you?" Midori asks, cautiously.

"What? No! I'm not that mean!" Momoi argues. "I was thinking of taking the 'one man against the world' bit and using that!"

I smile at their antics. "You two never change, huh?"

"You're still Sensei." Midori says.

"Yeah, what happened in your past doesn't change how we feel about you, Sensei." Momoi adds.

My eyes widen at that, before relaxing as I smile. "Thanks. And you two can just call me Josh when we're alone."

The twins blink and blush at that.

"Okay..." "Alright..." ""Josh."" They both say.
I smile at the two girls, before placing a hand on their shoulders, pulling them a bit closer. They blush and suddenly look very shy, yet hopeful. Their hope is worth it, as their hopes come true.

smooch

I reach forward and kiss Momoi, before turning-

smooch

-and kissing Midori.

The twins lock up and blush hard, while gaining silly smiles on their faces. They open their mouths to speak-

BAM

We all jolt at the door to the club room opens loudly. Turning around, we see Aris and Yuzu there.

"Eh? Sensei?" Yuzu blinks.

"Yo." I greet, raising a hand lazily.

"Sensei!" Aris cheers. "And... Midori, Momoi? Why are your faces red? Have you two been inflicted with a status ailment?"

"No, that's not..." Midori groans, unable to explain.

I just chuckle, before looking to the robotic girl. "Don't worry, they'll be cured in a few turns."

"Ah!" Aris says, nodding as she understands.

"Speaking of games, how did that one you were playin' go? Did your choice end up well?" I ask Aris as she and Yuzu sit down on either side of the twins.

Aris looks troubled as she answers, "Aris found a secret ending with the Bearded King and the Bald Emperor, but a message popped up saying that illegal software had been detected just before the ending. Then some people from Seminar came and took the game away, saying it was an illegally distributed, uncensored copy, but no one would explain what that meant."

"It means someone sold a copy of the game for profits, without giving any to the creator of the game." I explain, avoiding the 'uncensored' bit. "But so long as you had fun playing it, then I guess it's fine."

The other three girls awkwardly chuckle at Aris.

"Oh, right. I'd almost forgot." I say, pulling out the Shittim Chest. "I got somethin' I've been meaning to give ya, Midori."

"Huh? For me?" The green twin blinks.

"Well, I asked Arona to look around and she managed to snag you a copy of this." I say, reaching into the tablet and pulling out-

"?!" Midori gasps, as does Yuzu and Momoi, though the latter two aren't as excited as the former. "Is that the new Legend of Zinda?!"

"Well, you were lookin' for that Collector's Edition, right? You seemed really down about not getting it, so..." I trail off.

Midori leaps forward and hugs me tightly. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!" She shouts, sounding more like Momoi than Midori.

I laugh, patting the girl on the back. "You're welcome."

—————

Midori excitedly unboxed the game, along with her friends and I. The rest of the day was spent at Millennium, the five of us playing games all day. Yuzu and Aris passed out asleep after nightfall. Momoi and Midori were also tired, but wanted to stay awake, despite their bodies screaming for them to rest.

The twins snuggled up against me as I sat on their couch.

"You two aren't gonna let me get up, huh?" I ask.

"Nope!" Momoi chirps.

"You can stay here tonight." Midori says.

"What if I have to pee?" I ask.

"Hold it." The pink one says.

"Bah! What selfish girlfriends I have." I joke.

"Ehehe. Hearing you call us that makes me happy." The green one says.

"Me too." Momoi says.

The girls snuggle up against me further. I wrap an arm around them both, pulling them a bit closer.

"I love you girls." I say, content with just being with them.

""We love you too, Josh."" They say in unison.

Soon, the Game Development Department's club room had five occupants, all fast asleep. However, three of them, had massive smiles on their faces.

AN

Sorry about taking so long with this one, I just didn't want to write anything for a while. On top of that, I had troubles with my heart for a bit- which, after a trip to the ER, just turned out that I was dehydrated. I'm not even sure how that happened, but I'm doing a bit better now.

So please don't press me for updates. A new chapter for a story will be released when I write one. I won't push myself.
How was this chapter? I bet none of you were expecting a Student's Heart chapter, huh?

It was a bit shorter than most recent ones, but I feel like that's fine. I thought about adding another section, but I didn't want to just pad the chapter out. If a chapter is gonna be short, then it's gonna be short.

Another matter. For anyone playing on an older iPhone like me- or any other phone with 2GB of RAM- how is Blue Archive running after the NY Kayoko/Haruka update? It's been crashing 9/10 times when it tries to load the main menu of the game? I'm unaware of anything I can do to fix it, nor do I have the money for a new phone. I'm just curious if anyone else is having this problem, since I can't even play the damn game.

Also, if you like cunny (which you probably do, seeing as how you're reading a Blue Archive fanfic), I've started writing a Fate Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya story. Go and check it out! It has lemons and stuff so be careful with that knowledge.

Lastly, for those on Wattpad, for the chapter image go to post 6567065 on Danbooru.

I hope you enjoyed this chapter and look forward to the next!
