"This is where we split. I will see you later sasaeng." Kitty laughed and watched as he walked away. Once out of sight, she made her way to her connecting flight.
After the movie, they continued to talk but it was about random things. They slowly got to know each other better on the long flight. At one point, the two fell asleep and Minho woke up with Kitty asleep on his shoulder. He secretly took a picture and quickly went back to 'sleep' when he felt her stir.
Minho had fun and was happy talking to Kitty, it was as if they were friends from the start. Kitty felt the same and thought he was a good friend. But she still had to think about her feelings for him.
For now, she put the thoughts to the back of her mind and focused on the fact she was going to be home with her family, after an eventful semester.

"I'm home!"
"Kitty!" Her dad was the first one to hug her followed by Trina. Then Margot who had a huge smile on her face.
"Oh my gosh look at you! You've gotten so big. You have to tell me and LJ everything later tonight." Margot whispered the last part in her ear.
Kitty set her stuff down at the end of the steps and they sat at the table. She noticed two extra plates were prepared and before she could ask, someone walked through the front door.
"Oh my gosh LJ! Peter!"
Kitty ran up to LJ and gave her a big hug, Peter was looking down smiling at the now three sisters who were hugging. He dropped his bag and opened his arms, "What am I? A tree?"
"A very tall tree." Kitty joked and gave him a hug.
"Oh I've missed you guys so much! There's a lot to be discussed Kitty." LJ was in all seriousness. The last thing the sisters heard was Dae had another girlfriend which pissed them off, as well as Peter.

After dinner, the three girls went straight up to Lara Jean's room to talk. Peter was to join them after he had offered to help clean the table. They sat at the end of Lara Jean's bed with Kitty in the middle.
"So what happened with Dae?" Margot asked gently whereas Lara Jean, "Did you punch him? I would've punched him."
Kitty began to tell of how she first saw Dae with Yuri's arm wrapped around his then how she assumed it was fake. To living in their dorm which received a lot of gasps and groans from the two listeners. Kitty continued the story and halfway through, the part of Chuseok, when Peter joined in to listen.
"...so now I have to figure out these feelings for Yuri and maybe Minho. I know as of right now, that Dae and I are broken up. Like I told Minho, I'm always gonna care about him but it was time." Kitty laid back onto the bed and sighed.
The two sisters could not believe so much happened within one semester. Peter had only heard half of it but knew as well, for one semester it's a lot. He was sitting at Lara Jean's desk silently listening to how the sisters were caring for Kitty.
"Look Kitty, we're not going to say we've been in your shoes but we'll get through this. Together. So first, tell us what made you have feelings for Yuri?" Margot asked as she pulled Kitty to sit up.
"I don't know. I know it started the night of Minho's party. I was a little drunk, but I remember what happened and I'm sorry! But it was kind of in the moment.. I won't be doing it again though since I did cause the others and I to have detention - "
"Kitty focus."
"Right. So that night, I was talking to someone and I know that I stood up for Yuri because the guy was being so rude. Then after awhile, the same guy came back but Yuri came to save me, I guess, and then she wanted me to sober up and watch her set, she was the DJ. So I did that and while watching her, well I was in awe. I felt that I was zapped by electricity when I was looking at her. I had also told Dae that night, I understood why he fell in love with her. But now that's invalid since he never loved her to begin with."
"You were zapped...so yeah you do have feelings for her. It could be considered a like or maybe you were just in awe of her at that moment. Your supposed enemy saved you and then you watched her on stage." Lara Jean thought but Kitty stopped her sister from continuing.
"I think it's a like. So Margot knows, but I got her to track Juliana for Yuri. When the two of them talked, Yuri said she loves Juliana and listening to it just broke my heart. That was also the same night Dae told me he loved me."
"Wait what?! You left that part out!" Lara Jean exclaimed as she shook Kitty's arm.
"Ow LJ! I want to keep my arm, thank you," Kitty removed her arm from Lara Jean's grip, "but yes. He did tell me that and then I told it to him as well. I didn't say it just because. I think I've always loved Dae but after everything at KISS, I also developed feelings for Yuri."
Kitty laid her head on Margot's shoulder and Lara Jean leaned hers on Kitty. "Look Kitty. Right now, let's not think about it. We are all home together so let's have fun tonight! With Peter of course."
"Oh thank you so much Margot for thinking of me. I am honored. Also Kitty, just from a guy's perspective I think it was nice of Minho to let you take time and figure things out. Plus he'll also be there for you. I think he's good. But again, my opinion could be meaningless to you."
"No I appreciate it Peter, thank you. But Margot is right. I can't be sitting here thinking about how my love life is when I have my amazing two sisters with me! And Peter."
"I'm feeling the love, thank you Kitty." The four went downstairs to watch a movie together when someone rang their doorbell.

Back in LA, Minho arrived at his house to see his Mom waiting at the door.
"Mom!"
"Baby!" She gave him a big hug and a kiss on the cheek, "Oh I've missed you so much. I feel like you've gotten so big since I last saw you!"
"Sadly no Mom, I think I'm done growing."
"Well come in, there is someone I want you to meet."
Minho had an uneasy smile on his face, he wasn't sure who would be at their house during his break. He followed his Mom to their living room and saw her reaching out for a strange man. The man turned around and was face-to-face with Minho, who was shocked.
"Mr. Henry Golding?" Minho had to question who he was looking at. He's seen his movies, like Crazy Rich Asians which was phenomenal. But he couldn't believe that he was standing right there in his living room. With his mom...holding hands.
"Hi Minho. I've heard so much about you from your Mom. All good stuff. I'm sorry to intrude on your break but I wanted to discuss something with your Mom."
"Oh but my Mom said she cleared her work schedule so that we could be together." Minho looked to her for confirmation but then she had an apologetic smile.
"It will only be for today sweetie. I promise the rest of break it will just be us two."
"Alright Mom. Well I'll be in my room then, just let me know when we can go out for dinner."
Minho walked upstairs a little upset but he knew he couldn't stop his Mom, he didn't want to be the spoiled brat that everyone thinks he is. He didn't feel like unpacking so he left his suitcase and bag as is then sat on his bed.
He was scrolling through his phone when he saw Kitty's Instagram story. The two followed each other after they got off the plane. Kitty posted a picture of her with her family having dinner. She added a caption that said, 'Life can be rough but these are the little moments you cherish, love, and live for.' Minho smiled as he read it.
Then a thought hit him, he walked out of his room to look for his Mom when he overheard someone inside of her bedroom. He quietly walked over and put his ear against the door. It was muffled but he could make out some words, "...I can't...my son...offer...break..."
Minho stopped listening, he assumed she was getting a movie offer but it would happen during his break. He knows how much his Mom loves her job and him but he didn't want her to jeopardize anything. So he did what he thought was right.
