"I am back!" Daniel announces loudly as soon as he opens the door. I need to suppress a smile while I roll my eyes. Instead of walking over to me like a normal person would do Daniel shouts these words as soon as he enters the house. Barely inside, letting me and all the neighbours know that he is back from his almost daily round of jogging.
"Great, you can go shower before dinner is ready." This is what I tell Daniel when he appears in the doorway of the kitchen, hair wet with sweat and face red because of the effort he has put into his run.
"Will do." He grins and walks over to me. Just when I want to walk away from him, knowing exactly, that he wants to hug me, his arms close around my waist, pulling me close against his warm chest. I scrunch up my nose, while Daniel simply presses a kiss to my cheek before letting go of me with a giggle.
Trying to look stern at him never works and so I give in and can't stop myself from smiling at him. Daniel finally goes over to the bathroom while I continue with the cooking. It will not take much longer for our food to be ready, but I know that Daniel is always quick in the shower. We'll, at least when he is alone there.
"You have a good timing." I greet him barely ten minutes later when I hear his footsteps coming closer again, not facing him because I am busy to put in the last spices into our food.
"I know." Daniel says and wraps his arms around me from behind. This is the moment I freeze. Is he serious right now?
"Daniel, why are you naked?" I ask him, trying to keep my voice calm even though I am questioning right now why he is doing this. Normally I don't mind him being naked, but not right before dinner and usually also not when he walks around like this in the apartment. It is not like I don't enjoy the view, but we had some close calls when friends or family came over and they had a key.
"No, wearing a towel." Daniel claims that he is not naked but wears at least something around his hips. At least this is what I am thinking when I turn around to face him.
He does have a towel on his body, but instead of having it wrapped around his waist he has one of the small versions around his neck to stop his hair from dripping onto his body.
"Christ, put some clothes on!" I reproof him and grab one of the kitchen towels to hit him with it. Daniel just laughs, not minding that in any way, simply stealing the towel out of my hands and throwing it somewhere else.
"Admit it, you love the sight." Daniel says and poses in different positions, flexing his muscles, until I need to laugh. Yes, I do enjoy the view of him, but that does not mean that he is getting what he wants easily.
"Dinner is ready." I announce and grab two plates out if the kitchen counter, just wanting to place food on them when two arms wrap around me from behind. Pulling me close against his naked body, Daniel stops me from continuing with my work and I sight softly.
"I have a better plan for us." Daniel announces, lips attaching to my neck, what leads to me lulling my head to the side to give him some more space. He smiles against my skin when he feels that my resistance is getting less and less. Daniels hands are still placed on my hips when he wants to pull me away from the stove, I stop him.
"Let me at least turn off the stove." I say, turning it off and shoving the pot away from the warm plate, making sure the food will not burn while we do other things.
Daniel turns me around, letting me finally face him and then he leans down to kiss me. I lift my hands, let one of them wander into his hair to pull him only closer while the other takes the spot over his heart. Feeling his heartbeat under my fingertips which beats in sync with mine.
"We didn't do it in the kitchen for a long time." Daniel says when we both need to gasp for air, and he lifts me up on one of the kitchen counters. We did it in the kitchen before, several times already, but he is right, the last time is way to long ago.
"Well, either you are not here, or we have someone over who visits us." I remind him why it wasn't possible for us to do it right here. When he is away there is obviously no chance for us to have fun in the kitchen and if there are people over it would be a too high risk to get caught by them.
"Yeah, it is awkward to get caught by your or my parents during it." Daniel agrees that this wouldn't be the best thing to happen while he opens my trousers. Pulling them down my legs easily, panties going with them right away to save time.
"Stop thinking about parents." I scoff, not wanting to think about any parental figure right now, because that would ruin the mood. In the meantime, Daniel undressed me further, leaving both of us naked and ready for the next step.
