After the meal in the dining hall I head towards the training room. I can't believe Crashed poked me in front of Dar'ke like that!
I am still so confused about Ceillia. I wish I could remember what her answer was to me. That is gonna bug me all day. I would see if I could sneak away for a little bit to ask her.
Would that even be appropriate? I may have been drunk yesterday but I was very serious about what I said to her. Also would she even still want to sleep together?
I was getting use to the warmth of cuddling before sleeping. The talks that Ceillia and I had before sleeping were very different. It was hard to describe, I wonder if this is why Dar'ke would rush off to go sleep with Chris.
I get into the training hall to see that some of the young ones were already practicing. An sharing clips from their first Ooman hunt. Normally I would proud of them showing off. It just felt weird now...I am just happy that Ceillia wasn't one of those that were hunted.
After I talk with Ceillia later if she agrees to become my mate, I have to message Vil'Lai. Ugh...that was not going to be fun call. She was one you had to be careful with. If she got angry and showed it you were safe...however If she was angry and appears pleasant. All is pauked!
I gather the hunters around I take questions before we start. That way I can get an idea of what to get Chris to make clips of.

OldOne was making sure that everything was cataloged in the kitchen. The Matriarch was taking a quick nap as Ceillia was cleaning up dishes.
Dee and Fa'tae had headed to training with Hopper. It was going to be a bit of a challenge. OldOne wanted to let the Matriarch know what was happening. When Ceillia was distracted he hobbled over to where Chris was sleeping.
OldOne tossed a small gizzar bone at Chris to wake her up. "Matriarch...I need to discuss something with you." OldOne says gruffly.
"OldOne couldn't it have waited until after nap time" Chris says yawning.
"Unfortunately no...I need to fill you in but you can't tell Dar'ke.." OldOne says to her.
Chris wrinkles her forehead in concern "OldOne tell me what's going on." She says to him.
OldOne fills in Chris with Bru'taes plan as well as the counter plan that Sooni came up with. However he left out who was the one who was going to try and kidnap her. It was best that she was suspicious of both of them to keep her guard up around them.
"So OldOne what your saying is Bru'tae is blackmailing either Dee or Fa'tae to kidnap me. That they're bearer clan is in trouble. Sooni knows about this and has sent Tanomi and others to help that bearer clan. That all of this is about to go down in 5 days?" Chris says flatly, and not impressed but rather she seemed pained.
"Matriarch I am sorry to burden you with this but for your own protection." OldOne says and hands her a portable shield generator. "I don't want anything to happen to you or your pups. Keep this in your inventory and use it! This is a powerful shield that even if you get blown out of a ship you use this you would be fine for a long while" OldOne says while pressing it into Chris's hands.
"I will take it OldOne, thank you. I will make sure to keep safe." Chris says with a weary smile.
OldOne seems satisfied, tells her to continue to nap and walks away....

How am I suppose to sleep now!?!!? I mean I am happy for the gift OldOne gave me. But to know that one of my personal guards was being blackmailed...it hurt my heart. I know OldOne did this to protect me and them.
This was just a shitty situation, mind you this explains Sooni's behavior earlier. Once Dar'ke found out about this he was going to go berserk!
Also what the hell was Bru'tae thinking? I was just an Ooman that in his words didn't deserve to be in position of Matriarch. He is an asshole at least that was my impression of him was right when I first met him. That was well over a month ago.
I place a hand over my pups, I would make sure to keep them safe. I open my inventory screen up and I figure I might as well play with some of the new features.
I look at the large floor fur cushion bed in my inventory. There is an option to combine 3 of them with a fur blanket to make an oversized Ooman doggy cushion tent. I make one in my inventory.
I will take it out when I get back to our room. It was like the ultimate pillow fort! That would be great for the pups when they got to they're toddler stage. It would definitely be roomie for all 3 of us and possibly Dar'ke to cuddle in as well.
I stop for a second...'Chris you literally made a nest for your pups' I think to myself. I smile, I guess I am in my nesting stage. The pups were going to need loincloth diapers. I had water buckets in my inventory of different temperatures as well as soapy water.
The food storage is good as I have prepared and unprocessed food and tools that can be used. So if I get stuck somewhere for a while. I have the means to survive. Plus I have the medikits that Maini prepared. So if worse comes to worse and I have to give birth on my own.....I should be okay.
That thought made me very sad. I wanted to be with the family for my first birthing. Hopefully this will work out. The part I hated of this is knowing, and not telling Dar'ke! Krysis did the same thing to Dar'ke before she ended up dead. He is going to be either berserk or be completely broken.
If I did get taken how the hell is the ship going to survive? Hopper better have made progress with Ceillia by the time I get back!
Knowing that Tanomi and her mates would be by quickly. That made me feel relieved, they would be able to keep things calm and in order.
I wonder who was the one in trouble, was It Fa'tae? He has been acting strange for a bit. Or could it be Dee? Dee was good at acting fine while under a lot of stress.
Whom ever it was I would give them a message to give to Dar'ke. Cause the likely hood that Bru'tae would stab them in the back would be high. If they could survive Bru'tae...there was little to no hope they would survive if Dar'ke got his hands on them.
I don't want that, I would make a data Crystal for whomever is the one in trouble. I would put in a punishment for both of them. As part of my wish, I will also have to make sure to beg forgiveness for OldOne as well. That may be the only thing that keeps them all alive.
I want to talk to Sooni about this but if there were spies as OldOne said to me earlier. If they found out that we knew about the plan there would be a lot of female Yautjas an pups dead. I couldn't have that on burden on my soul. I am also not going to sacrifice myself or my pups either!
I need to refocus it hasn't happened yet. I look back to my inventory window, it shows that to take things out of my inventory takes no stamina. However to put things into my inventory does cost stamina.
When I eat and sleep it replenishes my stamina. I have a stamina bar of 500 000 stamina points. I can now better judge what I can an can't do. Example putting in a barrel of Brew costs 2 stamina points.
Hmmmm for shits and giggles I take a look over at the Ship I have in my inventory. To take it out would cost nothing but to put it back into my inventory would cost 499 999 stamina points. So that is a maybe later project I can work on.
I sigh and sit up on the shelf and swing my legs over. I feel a cramp in my side, I must have been laying in an odd position again. I see Ceillia and OldOne in the doorway I smile at them as I go to stand up the world falls to black. I hear Ceillia calling my name but it seems so far away...

OldOne and I were heading in to the cellar area where Chris was Napping. I see Chris sitting on the side of the shelf. She smile at us and as she stands up she loses all color in her face and she drops like a stone. I rush and catch her in my arms barely.
"Chris!!..Chris!!!! CHRIS!!" I yell at her she mumbles something. But after that she no longer responds.
OldOne puts a hand on my Shoulder "Bring her and Follow me quickly!" He says to me.
I follow him to a wall that opens up and it has a tube like elevator in it. OldOne waves me over. "When it stops step out immediately! Got it!" He growls at me.
I nod at him and he pushes us into the tube. It was a weird sensation of being weightless and suctioned at the same time. As soon as it stopped I stepped forward. Not a second later OldOne was right behind me.
OldOne pushes past me and roars in the room there were a few other Yautja that come rushing in. They get me to put Chris on the bed. A scanner ring appears and goes around Chris.
OldOne and the other Yautja are talking to fast for the translator to work. I see them putting an IV into Chris's arm, her color starts to return. It looks like she is stable.
The other yautja look to go make a report. I look over at OldOne who looks very worried and guilty. "OldOne what happened is the Matriarch okay?"
OldOne sighs "It seems that her blood pressure had spiked and caused hypertension. Making her faint and then causing her blood pressure to drop dangerously. Its caused by bearing and emotional stress" OldOne says looking very concerned.
"OldOne we did the right thing getting her here. Don't beat yourself up! Chris has been worrying a lot about her pups. That's what probably caused the emotional distress. She is good at hiding it but even this morning she cried." I tell him
OldOne looked even more guilty like I just slammed him in the guts with sucker punch. He really did care for Chris like a father.
I hope that Chris and her pups would be safe. I wonder what I could do to help her out.
All of a sudden we could start to feel the vibrations in the floor.... hearing thundering footsteps that were rapidly approaching. Oh FUCK!

As I was at the bridge I get a message incoming from OldOne saying that Chris had fainted and her vitals sharply dropped that they were taking her to the medical bay. I felt my heart drop, I bark out if there is an issue on the bridge to contact me.
I ran out of there, and thur the halls to get to the medical bay. I see Chris on the table looking very ill. I rush to her side. I see on her other is Ceillia and OldOne.
Giving them a once over before I speak to them..."WHAT IN THE PAUK HAPPENED TO MY MATE!!" I roared at them angrily.
