I took a deep breath. He walked towards me. I smiled as he held his arm out for me. I took it. "You look beautiful. Did you wear it on purpose?" He asked as his eyes wandered up and down my body. "I just loved it." I say. He smiled. "Well yellow is definately your color." He winked as he opened the car door for me. "May I ask where your new wheels came from?" I asked. He looked at me. "Its not mine. Its Riker's." He said coming in the car. I chuckled as he started the engine. "Its not funny." He said holding my hand and kissing it. I blush."I'm sorry." I say. "Don't be. I deserved it." He said. I smiled. He backed out of the driveway. "I hope you like this". He said as he let go of my hand and put both hands on the wheel. I smiled. Nice to see we're following driving rules.
We were at a hotel. I looked around confused on why until the elevator stopped at a floor. It was a resturant. No way. My face grew into the biggest smile ever. He smiled taking my hand. "Reservation for 2." He said. The guy nodded. "Lynch." He said. He nodded. "Follow me." He said. The place was amazing. It had a view of the whole city. The reserved spot for us was just beautiful. Best place in the resturant. The city lights all changed colors. There were candles that smelled like vanilla. He sat across from me. We were hidden from the rest of the people. It was as if we were alone. I blushed as he held my hand. "You look beautiful." He said rubbing my knuckles. "Thanks. You don't look so bad yourself." I say. He smiled. "Well I'll take that as a compliment."He said. I giggled at his offense. "You wanna tell me about Jackson?" I ask. He nodded.
I looked at the menu as I waited for him to start. Woah. 6 dollars for water!? Damn. Everything was pricey. "Anything of your choice. Its on me." He smiled. "Are you sure? This is a lot." I say. He laughs. "Trust me." He winked. I nodded. "I may or may not have fought Jackson." He said looking away. "Ross!?" I say. "What? There was no way I was gonna let him get away with doing something like that to you." He said. It was totally him but its wrong. "I love that you care but you kinda knocked him out already. Why did you fight him afterwards?" I asked. "Because he was talking about you." He said his hand gripping mine tightly. "Whats wrong with talking about me?" I asked. "He said he'd make you his sex slave. He'd dominate you. He'll even--" I cut him off. He was gripping my hand so tight that the blood flow to my fingers stopped. "Its okay. You don't have to tell me. I get it." I say. He calmed down a bit and his hand started to relax. "No one talks about you that way." He said. I nodded. "Thank you." I say entwining our fingers. There was electrical currents racing through my body. It made me so happy knowing he cared so much. "His mom arrested me for assaulting her son and "raping" you supposedly. She told me to stay away from you or else she was gonna lock me up. She was gonna make the evidence as real and true as possible." He said. No fucking way! "She needs to get fired." I say. He laughs. "Thanks to you. She's gone." He said. What? "What?" I asked. "You kinda wooped her daughter's ass." He said. My jaw dropped. The waitress came over.
"I would like a salad and water please." I say. He glared at me. I blushed and looked down. "She'll have the date night special." He winked. I smiled. She nodded and wrote it down. "I'll be back in just a few." She waved and walked away. "Why?" I asked. "Because I would prefer you actually taste your food." He said. "Blah." I say. He rolled his eyes. I do the same. Before I know it, we're rolling our eyes. "Ow. Okay your really good at that." He said holding his eyes. I smirk. "Your funny." I giggled. "So you...you know... been with Raven?" I asked looking down. He made me look at him. "I did it to make a statement. Raven is Jackson's sister. I hurt you because of my stupid choices. But know that its over. No one is gonna come between us. I'm done with all those girls. There's only one girl I want to be with at the end of the day." He said. I smiled. "Your on my mind all the time. It might not come off that way. But you are." He said. I blushed as they set the table in front of us. Damn. We're gonna be here for a while. "Lobster? Really?" I asked staring at the 10 pound meal. "We'll take what we don't finish". He said. I chuckle as we pick up our forks. We entwined our hands and took a bite. For dessert we had a type of ice-cream cake. It was so good. We ended up finishing everything. But walking became a problem.
I laughed as he carried me to the door. "Your so sweet." I say. "I love you." He said pecking my cheek. "You coming in?" I asked. "No. I have to return Riker's car." He said placing me on my feet. He held my waist as I wrapped my arms around his neck. I pecked his lips. "Thanks for tonight." I say. "Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked. Should I? I smiled. I nodded. "Yes. I will." I say. Wow. Not even a second thought. He smiled and pecked my lips. "Look over there." He pointed to plants. I looked and there was nothing. I looked back and he was on his knee holding out a ring. I covered my mouth. "Is it what I think it is?" I asked. He shook his head. "Look at it." He whispered. I turned the ring. "Will you go to prom with me?"
