Chapter 74

I woke up on top of him. Huh? What the hell? He was peacefully asleep. I slowly got off of him. What happened? I seen my room was a total wreck. I slowly got out of bed. I walked into my closet and gathered all my clothes. I took it to the laundry room and put them in the washer. I then grabbed the broom and started to sweep up my room. I tried to do it as quiet as possible. I didn't want to wake him. He groaned turned over. I continued cleaning up. I organized the stuff and then went to make breakfast. I scrambled so eggs and made some bacon strips. I poured glasses of juice. I then made him a stack of pancakes. I set the table. I turned to flip the pancakes when arms wrapped around me. I smiled as he kissed my neck then cheek. "Whatcha making beautiful?" He sexy morning voice rang in my ear huskily. I shivered. He laughed. "Wow." He said and sat at the table. I placed his food in front of him. "You sexy. Have outdone yourself." He said placing his hand on my thigh. I blushed. "Thank you." I say and turn towards my food.

We sat there eating in silence until he spoke up. "Do you know where my jacket is?" He asked. "On the couch in my room." I say. "Oh. Okay." He said. "Hey. I need ask you something." I say drawing his attention. "Sure. What is it?" He asked. "Why were you at a bar last night?" I asked as I started to clean the dishes. He started to drink his juice and completely ignore my question. "Laur..I...There's something I want to...I..."He seemed a bit flustered. "Is it something major?" I asked. He shook his head."Why were you at a bar and half sober and also where did you disappear to?" I asked. He looked at me for a bit. He shook his head. "I love you."He said. "I love you too but that's not giving me answers to any of the questions I'm asking." I say. "Alcohol is the only thing I have." He looked down. "You have me."I say. He looked up. Then to the wall then back at me. "Will come to my session with me?"He suddenly asked. Session? For what? "What?" I asked. "It was stupid. Sorry for asking". He said and walked away. I quickly ran after him.

"What are you doing?" I asked as I approached him. "Rydel dropped this off." He mumbled refering to the bag. I walked over to it. It was my prom dress. I smiled. "What is it?" He asked. "My prom dress." I say. He cracked a smile but it was very vague and faded. "Ross." I say. He didn't look at me. Okay something is really wrong here. All day he's been like this. "It makes me wonder exactly what it is that you see in me. But you know something,I want to know what it is that I'm doing wrong." He said. "What are you talking about? I asked. He approached me. He had heavy eyes as if ready to fall asleep. But that was it really. He gritted his teeth. I backed up. "Ross?" I called. "SHUT UP!" He shouted at me. I stopped talking immediately not daring to look at him. "Is there someone else?" He whispered. What the? "No. I--" He covered my mouth. "No.Sh..." He said. I looked at him. The old Ross was returning and I wasn't liking it for sure. That's when I noticed the pills scattered all over the floor. "You can't be serious." I say. "I'm care free baby. Now tell me about your new guy." He laughed. "Ross.The guy is....Ah!" I screamed taken back by his sudden action. He put his fist through the wall. I felt small. He took it out and looked at it. "Hi princess. Your turn." He said. One thing struck me there and then. FEAR.
