Democracy rules, majority votes, and majority votes for Pregame Saihorny to be a protective boyfriend

_______

Shuichi had no intent on heading to the school festival, sure it was an annual thing that his high school does, but he's never really attended it his 4 years in highschool, and considering it is his senior year. Tsumugi was begging for Shuichi to attend because it means that he won't be staying in his hobbit hole (aka his bedroom) for the whole entire day binging on some Danganronpa. Don't get Shuichi wrong, he loves his sister in the stereotypical way siblings love each other, but Shuichi wasn't the type to drop everything for the sake to satisfy his sister.

But one person that he'll do anything for is his boyfriend who was only a year younger than him. Kokichi Ouma, aka the male who everyone loves, aka Mr. More sense than money, aka the man who decided to bend Shuichi's sexuality backwards and over itself. The Kokichi Ouma. Course Kokichi wasn't conscious of the many titles that he holds underneath his belt and is completely oblivious to his very non-existent cult following. It's not like they wrote some sort of Wikipedia article over this man, but that's a story for another time.

And you could hear the cries of his many fangirls and fanboys when Shuichi announced themselves as officially dating.(After going through the legal documents aka, getting permission from Kokichi's guardian, aka Rantaro considering he's Kokichi's adopted older brother and Kirumi, his mom at school without Shuichi endangering his life) Though as expected, Tsumugi would pick up on her brother's subtle actions. Oh who is she kidding, they were far from subtle considering Shuichi would sometimes sing Kokichi's name in the shower in either an innocent way or another way that shouldn't really be talked about. But who can blame him when hormones were just running around his brain like the terminator?

Obviously, Shuichi didn't like the fact that Tsumugi was able to read him like an open book since she was able to have access to his private life through her title. The title basically goes by "Hi, hello, I'm your younger sister and a good friend of you boyfriend which means I have an unspoken privilege that I'm able to barge into your room anytime even when you're basically flooring your boyfriend into bits". Though that title was too long for someone to carry, but in other words, it means"Hi, I'm your fucking sister and I can be a menace."

Now Shuichi regrets allowing her store her hairbrush in his bathroom cabinets so that when sheep's heading to get it. She can hear all the silly love songs that Shuichi conjured up in there dedicated to Kokichi. Others might say that it was cute, some might say that its cheesy, but Tsumugi would torment Shuichi over it and use it as some sort of blackmail to make him do what she wants and Shuichi can't downright beat her up like Kaito since she's his absolutely sweet angel of a little sister.

Not to mention he didn't want to give Kokichi a bad idea of him beelining Tsumugi to death's door. But he could spare the embarrassment when he can sing those same songs whenever he's over at Kokichi's when Rantaro is away hanging out with his friends. Cheesy? Yes.

Now with all that information of Tsumugi being absolutely and completely positive that Shuichi's nothing but a degenerate simp for Kokichi, she would take that information and obviously play with it. As in, she ran over to Kokichi and asked him to be part of the cosplaying's club's school festival panel. In which it was a cross dressing maid cafe. It was at first a crossdressing cafe to honor one of the highest students that has ever graduated the high school, Chihiro, but somehow it became a maid cafe.

Tsumugi insisted it was necessary. And by necessary, she means that the whole purpose was to make Shuichi have a hard ass time during the whole event since she was already planning on asking Kokichi to participate and since Kokichi is a people pleaser-
