After a game for the show, Terror is Reality, young college student K.O and his younger infected sister, Kathy, were caught in a zombie outbreak in the mall of Los Empire, and they managed to get to the shelter, and now K.O has to fight his way through the zombies and crazy people in the mall, while finding Zombrex for Kathy, and find the person who framed him for the outbreak, while he finds and saves survivors in the mall while waiting for a rescue team to arrive within three days.
