After being framed for killing his classmates on field trip, young T.K.O was sentence to life in prison and was taken to Villain Isolation Neverland, a prison wasteland that holds the baddest criminal villains as prisoners, with his cellmate being the experimented mentaily ill girl from the Black Hat Organization, Demencia. While living life as a prisoner in a villain prison while dealing with a villain obsessed girl who developed a crush on him, T.K.O makes it his mission to survive Villain Isolation Neverland as he has to build up enough of the asylum's currency to survive in this nightmare prison as he tries to find a way to escape and prove his innocence, as he uses his strange new powers to fight against villains who fight him.
