Young 15 year old freshman Spike Drake is like an average student at Canterlot High School, except he is having strange dreams about dragons. One day when a girl named Twilight Sparkle came to school, Spike has not only made friends with her after meeting her, but discovered he is the reincarnation of an ancient magical powerful Dragon from an alternate dimension which has granted him magic dragon powers and a magic sword. With his powers and friendship with some of the top girls in his school and Twilight Sparkle, Spike must try to help Twilight with getting her Element of Harmony back while facing some dark monsters from the alternate dimension and dealing with the school's bully, Sunset Shimmer.
