When the heroes in the Plaza went missing one day, K.O and Dendy received tickets to Blacl Hat's Casino city, Paradise Empire, as he held K.O's friends and family for him and Dendy to take part of Paradise Empire's annual gambling tournament where Heroes and Villains gamble each other for victory. K.O and Dendy must compete in the gambling tournament to not only win the prize money, but to save the rest of the Plaza heroes and the world from Black Hat and his Villain friends that are tuning Paradise Empire, with the help and company of their classmates.
