In the disaster city of Lakewood, 17 year old Kaiori Kincaid A.K.A K.O came to the academy in the center, Turbo Academy, in hope of finding her mother's kidnapper, and has formed a rivalry with Academy's student council president, Terbio Yumi A.K.A T.K.O. As she wears a suit created by an old friend of her mother's and wielding a scissor sword, K.O must battle through the student council as she looks for her mother's kidnapper, while dealing with life as a school girl.
