In the neutral zone where Ghouls roam around in the disguise as a creature or a human, hero teams including P.O.I.N.T hunt them down to make sure they don't hurt the innocent. Young college student, K.O, was attacked by his new friend named T.K.O who was a powerful Ghoul with strange powers, who died before he could eat him and his organs were then transplanted into K.O, causing K.O to develop his powers as a Ghoul with similar powers to T.K.O, while he has to experience life as a Ghoul while trying to live his normal life while dealing with the new changes.
