In an abandoned laboratory from the late Professor Antidote, a teenage robot Called Jenny discovered a resurrected T.K.O as a cyborg, who vowed a long time ago to fight against evil. Now as a cyborg and has a partnership with Jenny, T.K.O must now fight for the world as he goes through life as a teenager.
