Chapter 15 - Gone

Hiashi pov

"Do it again." I commanded.

"Yes, sir." Neji replied. We had been training for about five hours and I was ready to train for 10 more.

"Father! Someone's at the door looking for you!" Hanabi called. "It's Lady Hokage's assistant!"

"Hmph." I muttered. "Take a break, Neji."

"Yes, sir." He walked over to the stairs and sat down as I made my way to the entrance of the Hyuga compound. Hanabi moved out of the way so I could step outside.

3rd pov

Shizune waited patiently for Hiashi to be ready. Once he and shut the door and turned around, she began.

"Lord Hiashi, I apologize for disturbing you, but this is very important."

"Say it." Hiashi demanded. "Was it her or not?" Shizune hesitated to answer.

"It . . . It was Hinata sir." Hiashi looked away and glared. "Hinata attacked the village."

Elder sister? Hanabi thought with her back to the door. But . . . Why? Didn't she love us? She turned around, knocked on the door, and slowly opened it.

"F-father?"

"What do you need Hanabi."

"I . . . I'm going out." Hiashi looked at her, then gruffly nodded.

"I can't belive elder sister Hinata would do that." She said as she walked through the park alone. "I thought she cared about us. About the village."

"Thought who cared?" Hanabi turned around to see Konohamaru and his other two friends looking right at her.

"Uhh . . . Nobody. I'm just thinking out loud. Just ignore me." She faked a smile to make them believe she was okay.

"So, uh, where ya going?" The orange haired Moegi asked. The Byakugan user was surprised at their interest and quickly figured out that she had been wandering around aimlessly for the past 30 minutes.

"Oh well . . . I'm just going to get something to eat." Hanabi spoke nervously. The group of three looked at each other then back at her.

"Mind if we join?" Moegi was smiling quite a bit by now. "We haven't eaten lunch yet either." Hanabi thought about this for a moment.

"Alright."

Akatsuki hideout

Hinata was in the seal-release chamber with the others, helping to pull out the nine tailes. All the Akatsuki memebers had their eyes closed and their hands making the ram sign.

The room had a giant stone statue of the torso of a man with nine eyes and two hands sticking up out of the ground.

Hinata Hyuga stood on the 3rd finger right next to Konan, who is the right hand man- or girl- to Pain. Konan may have been Pain's second in command, but Hinata was his daughter-by-heart.

"Hi . . .na . . . ta . . ." The violet haired girl looked down to see the blonde boy tired staring up at her. She began to oper her mouth when she heard someone else say her name. She looked over to see Konan slightly shaking her head and mouthing the word "don't".

Hinata nodded in response and went back to focusing on her chakra control.

"Hi . . .na . . .ta . . . Help . . . Me . . . . . . . Please . . . " The girl only glared at him and continued what she was doing. Naruto passed out again exactly two minutes later.
