Half an hour of Phys-ed had already gone by when Y/N and karma finally showed up, it seemed like they were both much more comfortable with each other, even exchanging jabs, much to the disbelief of their classmates.

"I can't believe Karma's the guy she'd open up to first, I mean, I'm not judging, just, isn't he a little, confrontational?" Isogai asked, still maintaining his princely aura

"Ok Y/N, I trust your abilities, so just put a couple of them through their paces at a time and see if you can help any of them in a particular area," Karasuma told her, before going back to sparring with three of the girls,

"Y/N shouldn't be fighting!" Koro-sensei argued, "what if she gets hurt? These knives arent completely safe you know!"

Karasuma stared at him, "she's a class A assassin, and took down thirteen highly trained agents when we first tried to get her to take the job, I think she can handle it."

Karma grinned at her, "Alright little Miss Assassin, why don't ya show me what ya got?"

"Watch your feet."

"Huh?" He realised what she meant when he stumbled over a small hole in the ground, he kept upright, but barely. Walking it off, he grabbed two knives and tossed one to her, she grabbed it with inhuman speed, and the fight began.

Karma rushed at her, slashing at her neck, but she easily evaded him, using the same defensive moves Karasuma had used earlier, it was clear she wasnt used to holding back in a fight, so he used that to his advantage, pressing her with relentless attacks, just like he had been taught. She kept her cool, analysing his moves and patterns, until he started getting ambitious, he attempted a roundhouse kick to her head, but she stepped in close, hooking her forearm under his knee and kicking his other leg away. Thanks to her hold, the fall didn't hurt him, but she pinned him on his back with her blade pressed lightly against his throat, their faces inches away from each other,

"I win." She smirked, "although you did put up a good fight, you just need to keep your guard up. For once there was no teasing comment coming to mind, it was entirely blank as she stood up, dusting herself off and offering him a hand up. He took it, and picked his knife up off of the ground from where it had embedded itself, blade down in the mud,

"I've gotta go clean this, see ya." He took off as Y/N looked around at anyone else who she could spar with, and seeing nagisa go in for a strike against an invisible opponent, and then trip over thin air, she broke into a run, catching him by the back of the collar just in time to stop him face planting in the dirt.

"Thanks," the blue haired boy replied, slightly embarrassed that the professional assassin had caught him tripping over his own feet,

"No problem," she looked at him skeptically, "you were imitating Karasumas style, right?" He didnt know what that meant, but he assumed that she was talking about the moves,

"Uh, yeah, why?" She plucked the knife from his hand and weighed it in her own,

"Well, at least they got the weight if the knife right, most of its weight is in the actual blade, meaning it gets enough momentum from the swing itself, it doesnt need much upper body strength, but the way you were swinging it doesnt work with the blade," he stared at her in mild disbelief, he knew that he wasnt built like Karasuma so he knew that it would be harder for him, but the way she talked was as if there was another way to swing a knife.

"Here, try this," she gave him the knife back and showed him a how to swing the blade in a figure of eight, "most of it's in the wrist rather than the elbow, easier for people like you and me to maneuver." He tried it, and it was easier, he tried he swing again, still moving the rest of his arm, but this time focusing on accuracy, relying on the flick of his wrist for power, to his surprise, it felt so much easier, like he had alreasy done it a thousand times,

"This way, the moves work with your body, not against it, you're fast and flexible Nagisa, it would be a shame not to use it." She smiled, and he couldn't help but beam back.

"How did you know it would help me this much?" She cocked her head to one side,

"I dunno, I can just tell, the same way i can sense sense your bloodlust from here." Her words were kind, but they took on a sinister note as she looked out of the corner of her eye at Kayano, who was getting teased by Nakamura
