After the results, the mood had changed around the main campus, instead of looking down on them, the other students began to be wary of E class, choosing to walk by them with a glare, rather than risk the embarrassment of losing to them.
"Hey, quick question, I just got glared at by a life sized acorn, is that normal?" Y/N asked, gesturing to where she had just come from,
"Oh yeah, that's Kunudon, the school mascot, he's only like that because he hates E class." Nagisa told her,
"Your school mascot is an acorn."
"Yes."
"That hates 20% of the student body."
"...also yes"
"And noone thinks that's weird."
"No, not really."
She didn't seem to agree, but dismissed her worries as they all headed to the island resort, their reward for placing ahead of A class. To get there, they needed to endure a long train ride, and then a ferry ride across to the island, they headed off in the early hours of the morning, but they still didn't expect to get there before late afternoon.
Okuda sat next to Y/N for most of the train ride, she had been enamoured by the H/C girl since Itonas second appearance. Since the tests the two had really bonded, Karma smirked as he saw the H/C girl whisper something in Okudas ear, before the two burst into laughter. The rest of the ride was equally as boring, the only highlight being when he managed to lock Terasuka in one of the tiny bathrooms, as they neared the end of the journey could hear the other boy banging on the door frantically as they exited the train, he decided to run ahead to the ferry and lie low for a bit, seeing as Terasuka did NOT sound happy.
Once on the ferry, he joined Y/N and Okuda at the front, leaning against the rails as the massive boat cut through the water with ease.
"Ok, Terasuka just came by looking super mad, what did you do?" Y/N was clearly trying not to laugh as Okuda interrogated him, but he was saved from answering her question when the H/C girls phone rang, she looked at it with disgust,
"Ugh, its him again." She muttered as the phone continued to ring, "help me out?" As soon as she asked, Karma plucked the phone from her grip and answered the call,
"Jim's whore house, you got the dough, we got the hoe, how can I help you today?" He saw Y/N frantically cover her own mouth to keep from laughing as she leaned heavily against the railings
".....Y/N?" The voice on the other side asked,
"Nope, we don't have a Y/N working here, can I interest you in a Destiny? Shes free at the moment, all we need is your address and credit card details" he heard a crash as Y/N completely lost her balance. Okuda helped her up into a seat, struggling to keep from laughing herself,
"Ugh! I know this is Y/Ns phone, I don't know why you have it, but-" this guy was starting to get annoying, Karma decided to cut him off before the guy went on a rant,
"Look buddy, Y/N really doesn't want to talk to you, I don't know who you are but just stop trying." He felt a tug at his arm, and looked over to see Y/N reach for her phone, he passed it to her and let her continue,
"Jeremy, I told you to stop calling me." She leaned against the railings, looking out towards the sea, even with her annoyed expression, and her hair being whipped everywhere by the wind, she still looked like the most beautiful girl on earth,
"Y/N! Why won't you answer my calls! And you're with another boy too! My heart hurts every second that you and I are apart, how can you not see that we're made for each other-" she rolled her eyes,
