Chapter 16 (Part 1)

“Bullshit. Don’t give me that fvcking stare. You’ve got voracious sexual appetite so hindi mo ako mapapaniwalang walang nangyayari sa inyo. Nagsesex kayo di ba?”

Naiinis na siya because Lukas is voicing something that he don’t want to think about. “So what if we’re doing it?”

Lukas smirked. “That’s my point Zan. You still love her so it didn’t even crossed your mind to share her with me unlike the others.” He raised his eyebrows and then gave him a sardonic smile. “Pero okay lang, I understand kahit gusto ko rin sanang makasama kayo ni Tina in bed.”

Bull’s eye. Lukas got him.

Umisod palapit sa kaniya si Lukas, patting him on his shoulder. “I feel you Zan. Now, you only have two choices to make. One, ang umupo dito saka hayaang mag-desisyon si Tina to marry that evil loan-shark out of her desperation and lost her forever or you can swallow your pride, get you balls up and think of how you can help her. At least give Tina another option to consider.”

Ipinakita niya ang email kay Lukas. “Holy fvcking shit,” namilog ang mga mata nito. “Dumating na ang visa mo for Germany,” mas masaya pa ang reaksiyon ng kaibigan kumpara sa kaniya. “Zan, at long last magkikita na kayo ng biological father mo. Kailan mo pa iyan natanggap?”

He sighed. “Ngayon lang Luke. I’ll just have to book for the ticket then I’m ready to go.”

Lukas gauge him for awhile. “So I see. Dahil dito kaya nag-aalangan kang kumilos. Babalik ka pa naman ‘di ba? Just meet your father tapos balikan mo siya.”

Babalik nga ba siya? Ang tagal niyang pinaghandaan ang pagkakataong ito. Sa tulong ni Lukas, they were able to trace his father’s whereabouts in Germany using the internet. He spent a large portion of his bank savings for this. He dreamed about meeting his father ever since he was a kid. It was his lifelong plan. Makita lang niya ang totoong tatay niya, magiging masaya na siya at makukumpleto na ang sariling pagkatao.

He was in-touch with his father for several months now at gusto na rin siyang makita nito. Truth is, his father asked him to stay in Germany for good and he was looking forward to it.

“Hindi ako sigurado, Luke.”

Sinuntok siya ni Lukas sa balikat just enough to move him. “Iiwanan mo akong mag-isa dito?” Lukas is still searching for his own father. Unfortunately, nothing positive came up yet. Siyempre nagbibiro lang ang kaibigan niya.

“Bahala na.” Ayaw muna niyang isipin ang tungkol doon sa ngayon. Hindi lang ulo niya ang sumasakit kundi pati na rin ang puso niyang matagal ng nakalimot kung paano maging masaya until Tina came back and now he was having second thoughts as if all his clearcut plans starting to blur.

Lukas forced him into deep thinking for the next several hours. Tama naman ang kaibigan niya. Bumalik man siya sa Pilipinas o hindi, kailangan niyang tulungan si Tina para hindi tanggapin ang alok ni Mr. Montreal.

It was almost dusk still thinking about it that he found himself a nice workable plan. He dialed Lukas phone number and his friend answered after a couple of rings. “Luke, nasaan ka?”

Narinig niyang nagpaalam sa kung sinomang kausap si Lukas and after several moments he answered, “I was talking with this hot chick na naka-check in sa Room 323 ng Luxury Hotel. I was trying to lure her in joining us tonight.”

Zandro felt himself unaffected with Lukas infectious voice for the first time. “Pumayag ba?”

“Yeah. She was open to anything. Sabi pa nga niya, gusto raw niyang i-try at kung pwede with another woman. She want to experience being licked by a girl.”

Napahawak sa crotch niya si Zandro, the usual excitement was not there. Dati kapag ganitong pagkakataon, his rod will instantly twitch in anticipation and starts to harden. But now nothing. Mukhang ito na ang naging epekto ni Tina sa kaniya. Somehow having sex with another girl doesn’t become appealing to him anymore. Pero kailangan niya itong gawin para kay Lukas para panindigan na wala na siyang nararamdaman pa kay Tina.

“Walang problema doon. I can ask Mona to join us. She’d switched before with the other girls.”

“Yeah, right,” Lukas agreed and after several seconds of silence between them, he asked, “Bakit ka nga pala napatawag?”

He cleared his throat. “I need money to help Tina.”

Dinig niya ang pagsabi ng ‘awww’ ng kaibigan sa kabilang linya. “Nakakatuwa na inamin mo din na mahal mo pa siya at walang nagbago all these years.”

“Jesus, Luke, I never said that so don’t put words on my mouth,” -maybe his refusal will make it easier for him to control his feelings, hopefully- “at ikaw ang may suhestiyon na bigyan ko siya ng options para hindi siya mahulog kay Mr. Montreal. And I think you’re right kaya you also need to help her.”

Tumawa si Lukas ng nakakaloko. “Okay, how much do you need?”

Nakaramdam siya ng tuwa nang sabihin niya kay Lukas ang kulang pang halaga minus his savings. Unfortunately, kahit ipahiram pa lahat ni Lukas ang savings nito sa kaniya ay hindi pa rin sapat.

“Kulang pa rin. Tawagan ko na lang si Raph, for sure he’ll help.”

“Siguradong tutulong iyon.” Lukas agreed. “Hey, tawagan mo na si Mona and don’t you fvcking dare to go anywhere. We’ll join you in less than an hour.”

“Okay, bye.” Idinayal naman niya ang numero ni Raphael. Ilang attempts bago nito sinagot ang tawag niya. “Hello, Raph?”

Dinig niya ang tunog ng sasakyan at mga busina sa background so most probably nasa biyahe si Raphael or in the middle of a traffic. “Hello, Z. What’s up?”

He cleared his throat. “May kailangan sana ako sa’yo.”

Busina ulit saka ang pag-arangkada ng tumatakbong sasakyan. “Nasa byahe na ako pauwi diyan, Z. Could it wait? Pwedeng pag-usapan natin pagdating ko?”

“Yeah,absolutely. Pagdating mo na lang. Ingat sa biyahe.” Zandro felt a lot better after hanging up.
