Chapter 29

  Nini's POV
It was Wednesday! My competition is this Saturday! Yesterday was when Ricky and I talked at in and out. Anyway I was about to go up to him when I see him talking to Gina! They were laughing and it looked like Gina was flirting with him. "Oh Nini so are you ready for this week's competition". Says Gina. "I am"I said. "Well let's hope you don't fall when you do your round off  back handspring". I mean you sprained your wrist last time so are you ready". I am ready this time Gina I snapped back. Ricky was looking at us . "So have you got your front Ariel yet I am so close to mine. "I have already got mine I said. "Oh" she said well bye. Bye Gina. She is so annoying I told Ricky. "Well once you get to know her she isn't that bad" said Ricky. I gave him a shocked look on my face. "Are you sure your talking about Gina". Yeah he said. "So why are you always arguing with each other". Let me tell what happened between us.

~Flashback~
I was in 7th grade and Gina has just moved here. She was a good dancer so I went up to her and told her that. "Wow you are such a good dancer" I said. "Thanks but I already know that she said. "Oh ok umm well I'm Nini"I said. "Ok and did I ask she said rolling her eyes. "Oh um well I guess I'll get going then". Later that day Gina started going to the studio I went to. I had just gotten my double pirouette and she literally pushed me I told Ricky. Let's skip a couple years to earlier this year. I was working on my round off back handspring since I'm some dance routines they put tricks in them. Well Gina was drinking her water and well I wasn't that good at it yet and she "accidentally" spilled her water which I slipped with my lyrical shoes and sprained my wrist. She faked to be sorry. I had a solo that week and she did it on purpose because she knew that if she did that she would get my solo,
Which she got!

Every since then Gina and I have been competitive. "That's so weird she is nice to me." Says Ricky. "Ricky come on are you dumb she likes you so she is of course going to be all flirty and nice to you. "She is definitely not my type tho said Ricky. We started laughing well we got to head to class the bell just rang. See you later Nini yelled Ricky! "See you later Ricky"!
