Chapter 14

Nini's POV
It has been 1 month since Ricky has moved. I am still keeping track. Kourtney and Ashlyn are telling me that I should move on. But I can't I am in love with Ricky Bowen. Yeah In love. I don't know if I will ever see him in person again which I am bummed about. I sometimes think of what we would be doing is he were here right now. Ok well I think of that all the time. I miss him a lot. If only I could see him. It's morning and I have to get ready for school. I get up and get dressed I then eat something and walk to school . My birthday is coming up. July,8 is my birthday. A/n lol I don't really know when Nini's birthday is so I just made this up. So tomorrow is my birthday. I turn 17! I honestly don't want to do anything for my birthday this year. Ricky isn't here it would have been his first time celebrating my birthday together . If only he could come back to Salt Lake City for my birthday. As I walk to school I spot Gina. Oh no what does this little brat want now. "Awww looks like you miss Ricky". "Yeah I do why"? "Oh well did you hear the news". "What news?" I said. Ricky got a girlfriend! "Wait what"! Look at his post. "There is no post". "Haha got you". Ughh I walk pass Gina.

Ricky's POV
I hate it here in Chicago. Today was my first day at my new school. I don't like it at all. I know like nobody. I want to be part of the football team but tryouts already happened! School is now over. "So how was your first day asks"my mom. It was horrible I said. I miss salt lake where I have all my friends and how I was on the football team now I don't have any of that. "Oh" said my mom. Nini's Birthday was tomorrow! I wouldn't be there I wish I could. It has been one month since I moved. All of a sudden I just cry. I want to go home. This is not my home! I wang to go home with my dad and I want to go to my high school with my friends. I miss Nini and Big Red. Nini has been busy so we haven't been able to talk in 2 weeks. What if we stop talking. What if   she gets a boyfriend. I really like Nini I think I lov- umm . I think I like her.

Nini's POV
"Happy birthday Nini". Thank you Ms. Lana. I got you a little something. Omg thank you haha I needed new lyrical shoes for your class. Have a good day Nini. Bye. Today at school all my friends surprised me with balloons and stuff they are so sweet. But I am not in the mood to do anything. I sometimes look at Ricky's home to see if he is home but of course he's not he is in Chicago. Mr. Bowen is there home alone. I really wish I can see Ricky and give him a hug I start crying. Yeah it's my birthday. I am crying because what if Ricky and I drift apart.  What if we don't stay in touch . We haven't talked in 2 weeks! That's when I get a notification from instagram! It was from Ricky.

I smiled. He remembered that it was my birthday. I called Kourtney crying. He remembered that it was my birthday Kourt! Yay said Kourtney! Now why dint we go shopping together for your birthday. Yeah sure that sounds nice I do need some new dance clothes. Haha ok I will pick you up said Kourtney.

Lynn's POV
Ricky doesn't like it here and I can tell. He even told me. I want him to be happy with his friends and all so I am going to fly him him today. I wanted to spend more time with him but I will just have him visit more. I don't want to take away his happiness. "Ricky"I said. "Yes mom". "You are going home today". "Wait what really mom". Really I said while smiling. "Thank you so much mom". "Now pack your stuff" I said.

Ricky's POV
I am going home it has been one month since I moved to Chicago. I can't wait to go home with my dad and NINI!!! I have an idea since it is Nini's birthday that means I can surprise her.
