3rd POV
It has been nearly 3 weeks since Maya applied for JYP entertainment. She has been so excited she cannot stop moving. Today is the 15th of April and tomorrow will be the 3-week mark.
Maya's POV
The bell for the end of school rang and we were dismissed from class. Everyone rushed to their lockers to get their stuff. I grabbed my bag and went to the bus. After I got home, I was immediately even more excited than I was before. I just wanted it to be the weekend. Mum noticed how hyper I was and said something.
"How will you feel if you don't get an email reply?"
"I would be disappointed but glad I did it. There's always more chances," I replied. She nodded.
Time skip (next day)
The whole day I was always checking emails. There was just too much excitement in my body.
"Maya!" I heard someone shout and quickly ran to the living room.
"What!"
"Nothing just wanted to see your reaction!" Kenzie snickered. I slapped her arm and walked back to my bedroom.
About 11:50 am my mum shouted my name. I thought it was just to do my chores so I slowly walked to the living room again.
"Come here quickly!" She said again making me realise it was for the audition.
"Did they reply back!" I screamed.
My mum showed me an email.
'Dear Maya Barrow,
You have passed the online audition for JYP entertainment. Please continue to practice your skills.
We will fly you to Korea next week. There will be an employee of the company at Seoul airport to greet and direct you to the hotel and headquarters once you arrive.
Please ensure you stay healthy in this time. And you are prepared for the trip you have.
