So the others break off into two groups, both groups of three. I don't know if it's their traditional procedure or not, but Luiz will be manning the fourth waverunner. The plan is to take turns on the waverunners since there are only four of them.

They once again end up playing rock, paper, scissors to see who I will share a waverunner with in each group. Group one somehow ends up being the hyung group: Jin, Joon, and Hobi. Jin wins in their group. So that leaves group two as the maknae line. It's probably bad to be thankful that Jimin is the one that wins that round. I feel a little bit guilty about that reaction. The only reason I am thankful has everything to do with my bunny. The idea of riding on anything with Jk is a bit intimidating to me. I've seen how much of a thrill seeker he is, and it kind of low key frightens me.

Before climbing on we all don our life jackets. I catch a frown or two as I fasten the contraption across my chest. Perhaps I should invest in a one piece or two for more active water sports like this. Jin climbs on it first and smiles up at me. "You ready for this, Daisy?"

I nod excitedly.

After we are launched into the water and before he starts up the engine. He turns to his side to talk to me. "I'll start out slow so we can get used to it." He punctuates the comment with a kiss to my cheek.

I like that he made sure I knew that he was including himself in the equation. It made me feel more comfortable knowing that I wasn't the only one nervous here. I really wanted to experience what riding a waverunner was like, but that desire didn't stop my nerves from wreaking havoc.

As if sensing that Jin reached back before he started the engine and gripped my thigh just above my knee. I smiled at the reassuring touch. "Let's go!" I shouted excitedly.

Just like he promised Jin did take it slow for the first few minutes. Then, with a confidence I didn't expect, he switched gears. He hooted his enthusiasm, and I couldn't help but smile in reaction, then make a similar noise of my own.

I grinned at Joon at Hobi

I grinned at Joon at Hobi. Hobi had been honestly more nervous than I was when we got on the waverunners. He still insisted he wanted to try it despite his fear though. When I glanced his way now, all I could see was a look of excitement on his face. I honestly hadn't realized I was worried about him until that moment. I felt a sense of relief pass through me and some tension leave my shoulders. All too soon the guys were signaling for us to go back and switch out.

The minute Jk swapped for Joon he was gunning off like a rocket. Definitely thankful not on the waverunner with him right now. Jimin climbed on in front of me and saw my expression. "He wouldn't have driven like that with you on the back." He seems to consider what he said for a moment. "Well, at least not a first. He probably would have accelerated after you got used to it."
