"Alright girls, what are you singing tonight?" The man asked Jessica and Olivia.
"We're gonna sing Number One." Jessica said and I scoffed, rolling my eyes.
"Aye, the hit by Ginger Fox." The man laughed and started the song. "Alright, let's give them some encouragement!"
The crowd applauded and I just looked at them as they began to sing.
Jessica:
Hello, is everybody watching
Before, I get this party started
You know, you wanna be invited
Step right up and get a taste of what your biting
I smiled when I heard her mediocre voice and chuckled. This is gonna be a piece of cake.
Olivia:

Jessica sang toward us and I shrugged with a smirk. It's cute that she thinks she's great.

They finished and the crowd gave them a simple applause and the four of us clapped as well.
"Yeah! We're clapping because it's over!" Mary called and I snickered with the boys.
The girls walked off the stage and Mary and I were next.
"Alright! Alright! Up next in this singing competition we got Mary Carman and Arabella Manchester!" The man announced and the crowd clapped for us as we got up.
"You got this, babe!" Henry smiled and I giggled.
"Woooo!" My dad cheered for us as we got onto the stage and grabbed the mics.
"What are you girls gonna throw down?" The man asked us.
"We wanna sing 'Give It Up." I smiled and Mary nudged my arm.
"Alright! A little RnB action tonightttttt-"
"Yeah, just play it." Mary cut him off and I spotted Jessica and Olivia and wrinkled my nose at their ugly faces.
The man started the song and the music blasted.
Henry and my dad were tapping to the beat and I winked at Henry.
Mary turned around to everyone right as the lyrics started.
Mary:
Someday, I'll let you in
Treat you right, drive you outta your mind!
"Wooo!" My dad cheered for her.
Arabella:
