"Who is your ideal man?" The interviewer asked. The mic passed around the group, until it was on me.
I smiled awkwardly. "Hmm.. I guess I like a guy who's hair looks nice up and down? I like it if the guy is the same height or taller. And, if they have broad shoulders, they can take me now." The whole group laughed, and I grinned satisfied.
"Is there anything else?" The interview quizzed afterwards. I nodded sheepishly, then brought the mic close.
"I like boys with glasses. I wear really high prescriptive glasses, and even when I was in high school, I always looked at boys with glasses," I confessed, a small tint reaching my pale cheeks. "Oh! And boys who are bilingual are ones to die for~" The interviewer laughed, but the other three just nodded in agreement.
"Jin has really high standards," Mara brushed off. I stuck my tongue out, but focused back onto the interviewer. In a flash, a familiar face filled my mind. But, I shook it off. Not now.
He laughed, and quickly switched the cards for the next question. I glanced at the camera, then averted my attention back where it should be.
"Yo man, she basically just described you!" Namjoon hollered, hitting his hyung on the shoulder. Jin stared at the TV dumbfounded, then stared at his friend.
He shook his head, "No, she didn't. My hair doesn't looks nice up, so..." RapMon gave him a bland look, then wrapped a comforting arm around his shoulders.
"I think you look great with both," RapMon confessed, "Remember the SKOOL LUV AFFAIR photoshoot we did? Your hair looked really nice there." Jin smiled, looking at the television.
"Thanks," He replied warmly. Namjoon beamed, then quieted down so his hyung could continue the interview.
"Out of the four of you, who's the most girly?" The three of us immediately turned to Ai, who raised her hand up proudly.
"I'm chic, inside and out," Ai stated proudly. The interviewer laughed at her bluntness, and watched in amusement as Ai argued with Mara.
After the noise died down, he continued his questions. "If Ai is the most girly, who is the least?" I pointed my finger to Mara in front of me, but all three fingers went to me.
"Hey!" I cried, looking at them, "I'm not the least girly!" Mara snorted, then turned back to the interviewer.
"She only wears dresses to formal events, and wears skinny jeans or sweatpants everyday," Mara added, almost in a gossip tone. "She'll never be caught dead in a dress she chose to voluntarily wear."
I stared at the back of her head, then nodded. "That's true," I agreed. Ai and Mae laughed at my sudden change of opinion.
Mae interrupted afterwards, "Rather than not girly, it's just that she's more... quirky? She likes to listen to hip hop and stuff like that. Sometimes, she'll dance unconsciously while standing or waiting in line." The interviewers' eyes widened a fraction, then looked at me.
"You dance... unconsciously?" He asked. I nodded, smiling at his confused tone. "Before I was signed to the company, I liked to do music stuff. Like, I played flute, piano, guitar, sang, etc. I decided to join dance after my friends made a dance for PE once, and I felt inspired so I joined." He nodded understandingly. "That also affected my taste in music, since most music for dance is like hip hop, and stuff."
"What hip hop do you listen to?" He questioned.
"I listen to people like CL, Nicki Minaj, BTS," I listed off the top of my head, "Not a lot of Korean artists, but there're a few." The interviewer nodded.
